Alleged Drug Dealer Indicted on 20 Counts: Roundup

NY woman indicted in gift card scam, Nashua man indicted for breaking woman's arm, Milford man indicted for forgery, contractor indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South and were incarcerated at the time of the indictment.

Kristopher Balcom, 37, pictured upper left, of Ayer Road in Nashua, for 11 counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, two counts of sale of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, and six counts of possession of a controlled drug-morphine, heroin, methamphetamine, amphetamine, Buprenorphine, Psilocin, and possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The charges stem from alleged incidents in June, July, August, and September of 2016, in Nashua.

Roger Bernier, 51, of Cedar Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+), allegedly on June 20, 2016, in Hudson, involving a check for home improvement work.

Tyler Bott, 22, of Knight Street in Milford, for receiving stolen property and forgery, a felony, for allegedly taking control of a check for less than $1,000 from a landscaping company on July 21, 2016, in Milford.

Tiffany Buchanan, 25, pictured upper right, of Leferts Place in Brooklyn, NY, for felony theft by deception ($1,501+). On Feb. 26, 2016, she allegedly obtained control over more than $1,500 worth of Home Goods gift cards in Nashua when she used a stolen credit card number to obtain the cards.

Anthony Clark, 20, of Nevada Street in Nashua, for resisting arrest or detention and felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, for allegedly selling counterfeit Xanax to a cooperating individual with the Nashua Police Department on Sept. 13, 2016.

Nicholas Cowen, 34, of Cedar Street in Nashua, for second-degree assault-domestic violence and criminal mischief, both felonies. On Oct. 17, 2016, he allegedly grabbed a woman’s arm and pushed her to the ground which resulted in a broken arm, and throwing her cellphone to the ground, cracking her case.

Danielle Dickstein, 35, pictured lower left, of Spruce Street in Milford, for two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, for allegedly selling fentanyl to a cooperating individual of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Street Crime Task Force on Sept. 1, and Sept. 13, 2016, in Milford.

Thomas A. Ducharme, 40, pictured lower right, of Riverside Drive in Hudson, for sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, a felony, allegedly on June 29, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession in November 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
