2 Alleged Rapists Indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court
Plus, alleged Manchester drug dealers, Laconia man stopped in Bedford allegedly with drugs, and Londonderry teen all indicted, too.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in April.
Kyle Keegan, 19, pictured lower left, of Jewell Court in Londonderry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 27, 2017, in Manchester.
Horace King, 48, with a last known address of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for duty to inform for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender on Nov. 17, 2016, in Manchester.

Kimberly Labrecque, 47, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Dec. 3, 2016, she allegedly stole merchandise from the Walmart on Gold Street in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted twice of theft.

Richard Lamarche, 42, pictured upper center, of Cilley Road in Manchester, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, tampering with witnesses and informants, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin, all felonies, as well as endangering the welfare of a child and domestic violence-simple assault. Between July and December 2014, he allegedly raped a teenage girl. In February 2016, he allegedly gave the girl heroin and slapped her in the face. In April 2016, he allegedly told the girl to deny all of the allegations. The endangerment charge reportedly took place between July 2014 and November 2015.
Samuel Lebron, 38, of Mile Hill Road in Laconia, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine with intent to dispense allegedly on Feb. 4, 2017, in Bedford.
Brad E. Lizotte, 51, pictured upper left, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing items from the Walmart on Gold Street in Manchester on Dec. 3, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before of theft of property or services.
Joshua Marooney, 20, pictured upper right, of Hayward Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute allegedly on Dec. 26, 2016, and Jan. 31, 2017, in Manchester.
David Marrero, 24, pictured lower center, of Somerville Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Jan. 19, Jan. 26, and March 1, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, Marrero was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in November 2015.
