BEDFORD, NH — The following indictments were handed down in Hillsborough Superior Court-North in October.

Antwone Francis was charged with Class B felony failure to report as a registered sex offender. He is accused of failing to report in with Manchester police as required within five days of his date of birth and every six months thereafter in July.

Charles Greer, of Manchester, upper left photo, was charged with Class A felony armed robbery with a deadly weapon and Class B felony robbery with assault. He is accused of robbing Z & J Market in Manchester with a knife, as well as kicking a victim in the stomach, in July.

Levi Glum, of Manchester, was charged with Special felony assault, Class A felony armed robbery with a deadly weapon, Class B felony robbery and Class B felony assault. He is accused of pointing a gun at a victim and demanding property with the threat of violence, then striking the victim with the barrel of the handgun, causing a bleeding wound, in Manchester in June.

Edgar Wallace Gordon, of Manchester, was charged with two counts of Class A felony failure to comply with the sex offender registry subsequent offense. He is accused of failing to report a change in employment status and change of address to Manchester police as required by the sex offender registry after previous sex offender registry violations.

Eric Grondin, of Manchester, was charged with Class A felony failure to comply with the criminal offender registry subsequent offense. He is accused of failing to report a change in address to Manchester police in July after previous criminal offender registry violations.

Nicholas Guay, of Hillsboro, was charged with Class B felony criminal threatening, Class B felony assault, Class B felony witness tampering and Class B felony criminal restraint. He is accused of pointing a loaded handgun at his intimate partner and threatening to kill her in Hillsboro in May. He is also accused of striking her in the face and pulling her hair while she was driving, refusing to allow her leave the bedroom of a residence and refusing to allow her to talk to police.

Joshua Heredia, of Manchester, was charged with two counts of Class B felony engaging in a riot. He is accused of injuring Manchester police officers after engaging them in a fight in Manchester in May 2018. Heredia was one of six men arrested after a brawl in front of Glow Bar in Manchester.

Matthew Hugle, of Manchester, was charged with six counts Special felony aggravated sexual assault and four counts of Class B felony aggravated sexual assault. He is accused of sexually assaulting a victim younger than age 16 who was physically helpless to resist, sexually assaulting a victim who did not give consent and striking a victim as she attempted to resist. He is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse and sexual acts with a person who was under age 16, was not his legal spouse and with whom the age difference is more than four years in Manchester.

Anastase Kabura, of Manchester, was charged with Class B felony reckless conduct domestic violence with a deadly weapon. Kabura is accused of firing a gun in a Domino's Pizza while it was occupied by employees and customers in Manchester in August.

Liza Lufkin, of Concord, lower right photo, was charged with Class B felony drug possession. She is accused of knowingly possessing methamphetamine in Antrim in August. Lufkin had previously been charged with criminal trespassing in April and was arrested on a warrant out of Merrimack in June..

Jeremy Luna, of Manchester, upper right photo, was charged with Class A felony assault, Class B felony being in possession of a deadly weapon as a convicted felon and Class B felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. He is accused of slashing his victim on the arm with a machete and threatened to kill someone with a machete in Manchester in July after having been previously convicted of a felony in 2016.
