Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County
Plus, Bedford man indicted for using as a vehicle as a weapon, Manchester felon indicted on weapon charge, and man indicted for incest.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
John Lawvery, 25, of South Hall Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indicted, for convicted felons-knife, falsifying physical evidence, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On Nov. 26, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly threatening to kill others with the life. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Stephen Lesassier, 31, of Esther Drive in Bedford, on two felony reckless conduct counts for allegedly driving his vehicle as a weapon at a high rate of speed in front of a police cruiser on Nov. 23, 2017, in Manchester.

Wayne Luce, 46, a homeless man, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for common nuisance and possession of a controlled drug-buprenorphine, both felonies, alleged on Sept. 30, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Cheshire County Superior Court in February 2010.

Jeremy Luna, 20, upper middle, of Maple Street in Manchester, for felony pistols and revolvers; convicted felons allegedly on Aug. 12, 2017, in Manchester.
Ian Maldonado, 25, of Waterford Way in Manchester, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly attempting to run off another person off the road on July 4, 2017, in Manchester.
Molly Merrick, 26, upper left, of Forest Street in Manchester, on three counts of receiving stolen property and two counts theft by deception, all felonies, on July 29, 2017, in Manchester. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft or other charges.
Nicholas Meuse, 32, upper right, a homeless man, on two felony counts of second-degree assault as well as two counts of simple assault. On Oct. 17, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly slapped a girl under 13 reportedly in concert with Mary Knee.
Amanda Mitchell, 31, of Bedford Road in New Boston, on two felony counts of tampering with witnesses and informants after allegedly attempting another in Goffstown on Sept. 30, 2017, to “Please drop this.”
Amanda Montplaisir, 30, lower right, of Riddle Street in Manchester, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 10, 2017, in Manchester.
Thomas Murray, 28, of Essex Street in Dracut, MA, for felony robbery allegedly stealing a laptop from Best Buy in Manchester on May 9, 2017, while “striking store employees.”
George Murrey, 44, of Riverview in Peterborough, for incest. Between January 2007, and January 2015, in Peterborough and Hillsboro, he allegedly engaged in sexual activity with a person under 18 at the time.
