Bow, Hooksett Men Arrested at Fight Outside ManchVegas Hookah Bar

Queen City police arrest five after incident on Elm Street involving dozens of people Saturday morning.

MANCHESTER, NH – Five men were arrested during the early morning hours of July 2, 2016, after a fight outside of the Fire and Ice Hookah Bar on Elm Street in Manchester, according to police.

Arrested were:

  • Isaac Velez, 19, of Chester Turnpike in Hooksett, pictured upper left, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
  • Geoffrey Cmar, 31, not pictured, Rocky Point Drive in Bow, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Stephen Marshall, 22, of Kaye Court in Burlington, NJ, pictured upper right, was charged with felony falsifying physical evidence as as well as two counts of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, loitering/prowling, possession of controlled drugs, and contempt of court.
  • Joshua Heredia, 23, of Kennard Road in Manchester, pictured lower left, charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Chasrick Heredia, 22, of Kennard Road in Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

According to police, a detail officer at the USA Chicken and Biscuit Restaurant on Elm Street “was drawn to a large crowd, approximately 30-40 individuals exiting out of Fire and Ice Hookah Bar located next door to the restaurant,” according to Sgt. Michael Biron of the Manchester Police Department.

“The crowd began to push, shove and shout at one another resulting in a large scale brawl,” Biron stated. “(The officer) radioed for assistance in an attempt to stop the brawl. Several officers arrived to disperse the crowd. Five individuals remained engaged in tumultuous disorderly behavior.”


Those individuals were then arrested. All were released but Marshall who was held and arraigned this morning, according to police.
