Alleged Bedford, Nashua Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

Concord man indicted on strangulation, robbery charges; Merrimack man indicted on drug charge; Derry convict indicted on gun, drug charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Allen Belton, 46, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for two felony counts of witness tampering, resisting arrest and detention, criminal trespass, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-false imprisonment, stalking, and domestic violence-criminal threatening. In August 2016, he allegedly assaulted and threatened a woman with a shotgun in Manchester.

Tyler Bemis, 20, of Fox Street in Manchester, for second-degree assault and reckless conduct, both felonies, as well as simple assault. He alleged shot another person on June 19, 2016, with a BB gun in Manchester.

Samuel Benoga, 38, of Brook Street in Manchester, for criminal threatening, a felony, two counts of simple assault, and criminal mischief. On Sept. 20, 2016, he allegedly threatened another person with a kitchen knife in Manchester.

Benjamin Bergeron, 27, of Hevey Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault and simple assault, for allegedly strangling a woman on Oct. 22, 2016, in Manchester.

Wayne Bilodeau, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault, for allegedly strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 20, 2016, in Manchester.

Leon Blount, 24, of Jacob Street in Dorchester, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, with intent to dispense, two counts of convicted felons, and falsifying physical evidence. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Sept. 27, 2016, in Manchester.

Eric Clay, 50, of Quincy Street in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, a felony. In April 2013, in Manchester, he allegedly sold the drug to a cooperating individual working with the Manchester Police Department.

Garrett Clay, 20, pictured upper left, of Spring Drive in Derry, for convicted felons, a felony, as well as two counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and handguns carrying without a license. On Nov. 14, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of a loaded Bersa Thunder 380 CC firearm and marijuana. He was previously convicted in Morgan County Superior Court in Georgia for felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Mikala Coronis, 23, of Cutler Road in Hudson, for felony theft by deception, for allegedly defrauding St. Mary’s Bank in Manchester of more than $1,500 against a closed again in July 2016.

Timothy Deichler, 37, pictured upper center, of Granite Street in Merrimack, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 2, 2016, in Manchester.

Brett Delong, 29, pictured upper left, of Morningside Drive in Nashua, on six counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, hashish, psilocin, methadone, lysergic acid diethylamide, butylone, with intent to dispense. The charges stem from an alleged incident on June 9, 2016, in Bedford.

Peter Delpapa, 48, of Beech Street in Manchester, for domestic violence-criminal threatening, a felony, and domestic violence-assault. On Oct. 29, 2016, allegedly threatened to kill a woman with a firearm and pushed her.

Mark Demita, 47, pictured lower left, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on March 2, and March 15, 2016, in Manchester.

Kevin Denbow, 35, pictured lower center, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for falsifying physical evidence and receiving stolen property ($1,000 to $1,500), both felonies, and resisting arrest or detention. On Nov. 2, 2016, he allegedly stole a Volkswagen in Manchester.

James Dickson, 36, pictured lower right, a homeless man now located in Concord, for attempted first-degree assault, armed robbery, two counts of falsifying physical evidence, and two counts second-degree assault. In Aug. 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly, working in concert with Jonathan Vertigans, robbed a man, threatened him with a knife, and strangled him, according to the indictment.
