NH State Troopers Make Numerous DUI Arrests: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire State Police held a safety and sobriety checkpoint in Gilford on Sept. 1, 2017, and arrested three people, according to Sgt. Pamela Heath of the NHSP. One arrest was for DWI while two others were arrested for alcohol transportation and operating after suspension. One other person was also taken into custody for intoxication.

“The New Hampshire State Police is committed to taking an aggressive stance in utilizing safety and sobriety checkpoints as a tool to deter, detect, and apprehend persons while driving while intoxicated,” Heath stated. “New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight the intoxicated driver and we are dedicated to using those tools to their full extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.”

Troop A Blotter

Ernest Kraytenberg, 30, of Strafford, was arrested at 6:35 a.m. on Aug. 15, 2017, for conduct after an accident, following too closely and charge of address. He was arrested on Route 16 in Dover.

Wallace Miller, 39, of Seabrook, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Aug. 15, 2017, for false report to law enforcement and pedestrian on roadway. He was arrested on Route 101 East in Hampton.

Wesley Stalker, 23, of Stratham, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2017, for DUI on Route 33 in Greenland. Two women and a man were also taken into protective custody.

Matthew Senior, 53, of Hampton, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and tinted windows on Lafayette Road in Hampton.

Alan Fisher, 57, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug at Hilton Park in Dover.

Pil Yu, 53, of North Wales, PA, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock on I-95 North in Hampton.

Scott Bishop, 32, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on July 27, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 101 West in Epping.

Taylor Tristes, 23, of New Bedford, MA, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. on July 25, 2017, for DUI, aggravated DUI – 0.16+, open container, and conduct after an accident on Route 16 South and the traffic circle in Portsmouth.

Joseph Chamberland, 36, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on July 23, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested at the Seabrook I-95 Welcome Center.

Chelsea Rocheleau, 31, of Rochester, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on July 23, 2017, for DUI and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent. She was arrested on Route 16 South in Rochester.

Joshua Santos, 23, of Malden, MA, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on July 22, 2017, for aggravated DUI, DUI, and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 1 in Hampton Falls.

Kristin Pfau, 24, of Londonderry, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on July 21, 2017, for DUI. Also arrested was Melissa Lipez, 22, of Litchfield, for possession of a controlled drug and suspension of vehicle registration. They were arrested on Route 101 West in Candia.

Kevin Flynn, 48, of Somersworth, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 in Portsmouth.

Garrett Boucher, 25, of Fremont, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on July 21, 2017, for DUI on I-95 North in Hampton.

John Tirabassi, 47, of Burlington, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on July 21, 2017, for DUI and possession of a controlled drug on I-95 South in Greenland.

Troop B Blotter

Gilberto Amaro Soto, 51, of Milford, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2017, for DUI on I-293 North in Manchester.

Sigourney Demers, 28, of Nashua, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2017, for DUI on Route 3 North in Nashua.

Michael Grenon, 49, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, and open container on South Willow Street in Manchester.

Brendan Fleming, 30, of Goffstown, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on the Everett Turnpike North in Merrimack.

Owen Kearns, 33, of Gilmanton, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, on a DUI charge on I-93 South in Manchester.

Aleksandrovich Aleksei, 37, of Nashua, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, on an operating without a valid license charge on the Everett Turnpike North in Merrimack.

Michael Lamy, 22, of Dunbarton, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on July 26, 2017, for reckless operation on I-293 South in Bedford.

Hayley Pyles, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on July 24, 2017, for reckless conduct and criminal threatening on I-293 South in Manchester.

Ian C. Maldonado, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on July 24, 2017, for negligent driving and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-293 South in Manchester.

Gregg Heidenreich, 53, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on July 24, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Windham.

Kyle Carter, 25, of Exeter, was arrested at midnight on July 23, 2017, for DUI and habitual offender on the Everett Turnpike in Bedford.

Seth Stiles, 35, of Merrimack, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on July 22, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack.

Kabba Abubakar, 25, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 4 p.m. on July 22, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug and a bench warrant on I-93 South in Salem.

Christopher Wyman, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on July 22, 2017, on a bench warrant on Old Granite Street in Manchester.

Richard McNeil, 40, of Manchester, was arrested at 9 a.m. on July 21, 2017, for resisting arrest or detention on Union Street in Manchester.

Troop D Blotter

Robert Tomlinson, 55, of Millsboro, DE, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Concord.

Rachel Pluchino, 37, of Littleton, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2017, on two counts of possession of controlled drug-cocaine, marijuana, possession of a controlled drug-other, sale, etc. She was charged after a stop near Exit 17 on I-93 North in Concord. Pluchino was also taken into protective custody for alleged drug intoxication.

Ellen Ellis, 56, of Warner, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2017, for DUI in the McDonald’s parking lot in Warner.

Mary E. Emmerling, 58, of Goffstown, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for simple assault and false imprisonment on Storrs Street in Concord.

Chad Blanchette, 20, of New Boston, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2017, for aggravated DUI and DUI. Also arrested was Ian Komisar, 20, of Bedford, for unlawful possession/intoxication. They were arrested on I-93 South in Bow.

Elion Ferraz, 46, of Rockland, MA, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-89 South in Hopkinton.

Amanda Carroll, 39, of Littleton, was arrested for operating with a suspended or revoked license on I-93 North in Concord at 7:45 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2017.

Joshua Kirkpatrick, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 12:48 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on I-93 in Canterbury.

John Greenwood, 63, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on July 27, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-89 North in Hopkinton.

Joseph Hall, 29, in Concord, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on July 26, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin. Also arrested was Joseph Goffinet, 48, of Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. They were arrested on I-93 North in Sanbornton.

Kimberly Drysdale, 54, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on July 24, 2017, for operating without a valid license and a bench warrant on West Street.

Jhoni C. Da Silva, 33, of Manchester, was arrested at 11 p.m. on July 23, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Kaitlin Valley, 30, of Allenstown, was arrested at 8:12 p.m. on July 23, 2017, for aggravated DUI – passenger under 16, DUI, and DUI-second or third, open container, and driving on a divided way. She was arrested on I-93 South in Sanbornton.

Manuel Yupangui, 37, of Brockton, MA, was arrested at 1 a.m. on July 22, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-93 South in Bow. Two other Brockton residents were taken into protective custody due to alleged drunkenness.

Zachary Gray, 18, of Derry, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on July 21, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and unlawful possession/intoxicated on I-93 North in Hooksett. Another teen was taken into protective custody while a 17-year-old was charged with transporting alcohol.

Other NHSP Arrests

Matthew Cronin, 18, of Winchester, MA, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. Also arrested was a 17-year-old teen from Winchester for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug. They were arrested on I-93 South in Plymouth.

John Torre, 59, of Jaffrey, for DUI at 10 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2017, on I-93 North in Campton.

James McGuirk, 58, of Alexandria, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2017, for violation of a protection order on Karl Gordon Road in Alexandria.

Jeanne Puglisi, 20, of Center Harbor, was arrested at 4:45 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2017, for burglary-nighttime and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Newman Road in Center Harbor.

Robert Bachman, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Aug. 15, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 16 in Ossipee.

David McGillveary, 64, of Bristol, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2017, for DUI-second or third. He was arrested on Route 118 in Rochester.

Chance Griffin, 24, of Northfield, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for DUI and open container on Route 16 in Conway.

Joseph Hebert, 33, of Farmington, MA, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, on a bench warrant after stop on I-93 South in Thornton.

Michael Cotter, 30, of Lancaster, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on July 26, 2017, for vehicular assault, reckless operation, conduct after an accident, improper passing, and unlawful passing on the left on Route 3 in Stratford.

Krista Raxter, 31, of Moultonborough, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on July 26, 2017, for habitual offender on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Michael Macy, 43, of Ansonia, CT, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on July 24, 2017, for aggravated DUI – attempt to elude police, DUI, disobeying an officer, unauthorized use, and OHRV operating on a state way, sidewalk. He was arrested on Central Street in Woodsville.

Nicholas Wheeler, 23, of North Stratford, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on July 23, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, conduct after an accident, and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent. He was arrested on Bear Rock Road.

Jason Pierce, 31, of Seabrook, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on July 23, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South in Lincoln.

Byron Placy, 25, of Newmarket, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on July 22, 2017, for aggravated DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, DUI, and open container on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Brad Cardinal, 38, of Alton, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on July 22, 2017, for DUI on Old Wolfeboro Road in Alton.

Corey Tiews, 23, of Littleton, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on July 21, 2017, for DUI, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, open container-subsequent, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Route 116 in Littleton.

Daniel Goderre, 32, of Ashburnham, MA, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on July 21, 2017, on a criminal mischief charge. He was also placed into protective custody due to alleged intoxication. Goderre was arrested on Groton Road in Hebron.

Brett Inglese, 20, of North Attleborough, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on July 21, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs, transporting alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession/intoxication on Route 16 in Ossipee. Also charged were Ryan Blaisdell, 21, of North Attleborough, for prohibited sales, and Andrew Hanwell, 20, and Jake Reddy, 20, both of North Attleborough for unlawful possession/intoxication.
