Concord Man Arrested For DWI On Thorndike Street: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Mark Hinton, year of birth 1985, received a summons at 12:47 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for operating without a valid license on Fisherville Road near Cumberland Farms.

Oscar Ndibanje, YOB 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on July 28, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of alcohol after an alleged incident at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.

Vicki L. Lemieux, YOB 1973, of Pierce Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:13 a.m. on July 28, 2017, for simple assault after an alleged incident on Pierce Street.

Wayne E. Luce, YOB 1971, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on July 27, 2017, for driving while intoxicated-drugs. He was arrested on Thorndike Street.
