Bedford Man Indicted for Forgery

Plus, Mass. man indicted for narcotics, two face felony forgery charges, and $9,470 in fenced jewelry in Wilton leads to another indictment.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in August 2015.

Devon Hart, 24, of Main Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a counterfeit drug. On May 8, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly sold substances that he claimed to be cocaine and meth to another person on Craigslist but they weren’t drugs but household products.

Raul Hernandez aka Ochoa-Hernandez, 22, of Linwood Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge on April 26, 2015, in Nashua.

Lance L. Homer, 33, of Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen, for two felony counts of receiving stolen property. On May 14, and May 25, 2015, in Wilton, he allegedly pawned $9,470 worth of jewelry owned by a woman and $1,100 worth of books owned by a man. According to a report in the New Hampshire Union Leader, the books were limited edition Stephen King novels that belonged to others.

Michael Jordan, 31, of Ash Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug. On March 12, 2015, while in Nashua, he was allegedly found to be in possession of lorazepam, buprenorphine, amphetamine, and alprazolam.

Kemi Josey-Janes, 35, of Central Street in Nashua, for three counts of sale of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine), on March 4, and April 16, 2015, in Nashua.

Chad Landry, 32, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug, second offense. On May 15, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly sold diazepam to another person. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court in 2005.

Richard Larhette, 22, of Henry Taylor Road in Salem, for felony forgery. On March 23, 2015, in Pelham, he allegedly defrauded two people and TD Bank, by altering a check drawn on a business and made the check payable to himself.

Rodney Lauffer, 28, of Garnet Lane in Merrimack, for felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute on March 10, 2015, while in Merrimack.

Michael Leighton, 38, of Chamberlain Street in Rochester, for felony habitual offender, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of drugs. On June 9, 2015, in Merrimack, he allegedly drove on Turkey Hill Road, while being certified as a habitual offender, while also being in possession of marijuana.

Michael Lewis, 34, of Francis Wyman Road in Burlington, MA, on two counts of felony possession of a narcotic drug. On April 13, 2015, while in Nashua, he allegedly had alprazolam and clonazepam.

Jammie Livingston, 35, of Crown Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense. On May 22, 2014, on Kinsley Street in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of heroin. He was previously convicted in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2012.

Paul Loiselle, 32, of Essex Road in Bedford, for felony forgery. On April 29, 2014, in Merrimack, he allegedly uttered a checking withdrawal slip from a relatively at TD Bank.
