Concord Police Log: Woman Cited for Open Container After Striking Utility Pole
Plus, Rochester man allegedly found with heroin after warrant arrest; Chichester man charged with DWI, drugs.

Andreanne P. LeFebvre, 24, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on April 1, 2015, on a warrant. Officers were on patrol near The Friendly Kitchen and saw three people walking on the tracks. One, LeFebvre, has an active warrant out of Hooksett and was arrested.
Jammie Livingston, 35, of West Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:33 a.m. on April 1, on a warrant out of Nashua. She was arrested at the probation and parole office.
Timothy A. LaPlante, 39, of Concord Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:09 a.m. on April 1, for operating without a valid license and driving without giving proof after a traffic stop at South Spring and Clinton streets for a left turn violation. He’s due in court on May 4.

Katy A. Shea, 41, of Eliot, Maine, received a summons at 2 p.m. on March 31, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on South Main Street for driving north on the southbound side outside of the Concord Food Co-op. She’s due in court on May 4.
Jason W. McCormick, 38, of Manchester Street in Concord, received a summons at 10:12 a.m. on March 31, for passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle. He was allegedly panhandling on the southbound Exit 14 off ramp of I-93. He’s due in court on May 4.

Nathan C. Bell, 22, of A Academy Street in Rochester, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on March 30. Also arrested was Jacey R. Eaton, 20, of Venne Circle in Concord, on a bench warrant. An officer on Loudon Road saw Bell walking with two other people and ran a check to see if he had any active warrants. One popped up, out of Concord District Court on March 23, 2015. The officer drove over to Bell who was now near Applebee’s and took him into custody. A pat down search allegedly revealed a hypodermic needle and a folded up piece of paper with light brown powder in his pants that appeared to be heroin. Eaton also had an active warrant for unlawful possession of alcohol from March 6, 2015, out of Concord District Court and she also was arrested. She’s due in court on April 15.
Seth T. Gosse, 20, of Bow Bog Road in Bow, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on March 29, on criminal mischief and reckless conduct charges after an incident at the Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Jan. 23, 2015. He’s due in court on May 4.
Robert S. Audette, 25, of Orchard Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on March 6, for criminal liability for the conduct of another and false report to law enforcement from incidents on Garvins Falls Road and Basin Street in July 2014. He was held on $2,000 cash bail.
Janelle M. Burris, 22, of Kozy Terrace in Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on March 5, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. An officer pulled over a Honda Civic on Manchester Street outside of Veano’s after it pulled an illegal U-turn on South Main Street and reportedly drove over the dotted lines multiple times. The officer spoke to her and alleged that she was slurring her speech. Burris agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested.
Timothy P. Ryan, 27, of Hullbakers Place in Penacook, received a summons at 6:30 a.m. on March 4, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for an expired registration sticker.
Robert W. Whiteside, 37, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. on March 2, for conduct after an accident and felony habitual offender after an incident at Pleasant and South Fruit streets on Nov. 6, 2014. Whiteside was arrested in Allenstown.
Angela R. Isabelle, 28, of Concord, received a summons at 5:10 a.m. on March 1, for negligent drive and transportation of alcohol/open container (a bottle of Mike’s Margarita) after striking a utility pole on River Road. She passed field sobriety tests and was issued the summons.
Ryder E. Leduc, 23, of Swiggey Brook Road in Chichester, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on March 1, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs. An officer on Fisherville Road reportedly saw a sedan heading toward him driving 20 mph. As it passed, the officer had to move the cruiser over to the right because the vehicle was driving on top of he yellow line. The officer followed and alleged that the vehicle drifted back and forth a number of times. The Dodge Caliber was pulled over near Beede Drive. The driver, Leduc, reportedly sat motionless in the car after handing over his license. He was reportedly asked twice to provide a registration but he handed the officer a piece of scrap paper with writing on it. Leduc agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested. Officers allegedly also found marijuana and a glass smoking pipe in the car.
