Concord Police Log: Couple Comes to Bloody Blows on Loudon Road
Plus, allegedly drunk woman throws ball at cop, teen charged with vandalism, early morning White Park incident leads to warrant arrest.

Oliver W. Gonzales, 22, of West Farm Road in Canaan, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on June 5, 2015, and charged with possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs from May 4, 2015, on Concord Street. Lebanon Police arrested Gonzales on a Concord warrant. He’s due in court on July 13.
Michael J. Sanders, 20, of Mason Court in Concord, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on June 4, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from May 28, 2015, for nonappearance in court on a simple assault charge, $500 cash bail. He was arrested after police were called to White Park for a report of people being in the park after hours. An officer later caught up to four people on Liberty Street and found out that Sanders had the active warrant.
Jammie Lee Livingston, 35, of West Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on June 3, for forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card, and theft by deception, all felonies, from August and December 2014 connected to an apartment on Franklin Street. She’s due in court on July 13.

Joshua C. Kennard, 40, of Mountain Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on June 2, for violation of protective order; penalty, from an incident the previous day. Officers were sent to Mountain Road for a warrant service for Kennard after a “be on the lookout” BOLO call the day before. However, Kennard was not home at the time. They then checked an address on Manchester Street but he had reportedly left prior to their arrival. Later, a sergeant pulled over his Chrysler Sebring on Manchester Street and arrested him. He was held without bail.

Virginia A. Harriman, 33, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on May 18, on a theft charge from 7-Eleven on Loudon Road in Concord on April 20, 2015. She’s due in court on June 22.
Jasmine C. Bourdeau, 36, of Cove Way in Northwood, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on May 13, on two bench warrants out of Concord District Court; one issued for bail jumping on March 23, 2015, and a second issued on May 12, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Caitlyn E. Ladd, 27, of Vine Street in Franklin, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on May 1, for felony possession of controlled drugs from Jan. 8, 2014.
Kyle E. Rand, 24, of North Emperor Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on April 21, for criminal mischief from Feb. 21, 2015, on Fisherville Road.
Randy S. Bedard, 22, of Route 16B in Ossipee, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. on April 17, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charges after a traffic stop at Terrill Park on Old Turnpike Road for an expired inspection sticker. A check yielded suspended driving privileges for default court summons on April 13, 2015, and he was arrested.
Lindsey B. Runnells, 62, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. on April 13, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to an apartment at around 10 p.m. on April 12, for a domestic where a woman was reportedly unconscious and bleeding in an apartment. Two officers and a sergeant searched the area and were able to find the apartment. Concord Fire and Rescue teams forced the door open and found a man and a woman both injured and bleeding, and reportedly intoxicated. The woman alleged that Runnells punched her with a closed fist so she punched him back. The two “exchanged several punches” and then, she decided she was done and went to bed. She also alleged that Runnells fractured her arm the previous week. The officer noted that it was in a removable cast, according to the report. She had a cut on her arm but she refused medical attention. Runnells allegedly then pushed her out of bed and “came at her” while she was on the floor. She threatened to kill him so he left. Later, she reportedly found Runnells half in a bathtub passed out. “She started to pick Lindsey up with her left arm,” the report stated. “She said he woke up and took a swing at her. She said she let go of him so she would not get hit again. She said Lindsey fell backwards and his head cut open.” Runnells had a bench warrant and was arrested. He allegedly refused to talk about the incident and the assault charges were added.
Bryan S. Wilson, 25, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on April 7, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Christian Avenue for a stop sign violation. Wilson had his license suspended in December 2012 for fee due.
Anthony M. Roesel, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on April 7, on a criminal mischief charge. Police were sent to Union Street for a domestic between a couple concerning her father being in the apartment. During the argument, Roesel allegedly grabbed a lamp off a desk and threw it to the ground. He also reportedly grabbed a painting off the wall and broke it. Roesel then reportedly went to retrieve his things to leave. While the painting was his, the lamp reportedly wasn’t, so Roesel was arrested.
Tyler L. Stinson, 17, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on April 7, on a criminal mischief charge from March 7, 2015, in an apartment on Branch Turnpike. A detective was called to Concord High School to assist with a teen that wanted medical assistance. The individual, Stinson, had an active warrant and was arrested.
Marial A. Kocdal Loya, 26, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:59 a.m. on April 7, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court on March 13, 2015, for nonappearance, $385 cash to settle.
Nkurikiye Felicien, 42, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on April 7, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road with a driver’s side headlight out. He previously was arrested twice for the same charge, according to the report, with a conviction in December 2014.
Kelly Mulcahy, 25, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on April 6, for simple assault after police were called to the apartment for a domestic disturbance. Officers split up the couple. The man, who was upset and appeared to be crying, alleged that Mulcahy came home intoxicated and started an argument. He reported that he was moving out but denied anything physical happened. Officers noted items in the hallway. Mulcahy was allegedly “yelling and swearing” at another officer and wouldn’t calm down even after several minutes of speaking with her, according to the report. The man later left the apartment and picked up his things in the hallway. Mulcahy then allegedly stated, “Wait, wait,” came to the hallway, and threw a small item at him which struck the officer. The item turned out to be a small basketball. Mulcahy was then arrested. “Kelly began screaming,” the officer alleged. “I asked Kelly where her keys were so she could get back into her apartment later … Officer Mitchell and I had to carry her down four flights of stairs because she would not walk on her own.”
Linda M. Wilson, 54, of Woodbine Avenue in Concord, received a summons at 11:38 a.m. on April 6, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on North State Street for expired license and registration.
