Bedford Stalker Indicted On More Stalking Charges: Court Roundup

Manchester man faces child felonious sexual assault charge; several men indicted on strangulation charges; man indicted on a robbery charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Matthew Hunter, 23, with a last known address of Laurel Street in Manchester, on felony felonious sexual assault and simple assault-enhanced misdemeanor charges. He was accused of slapping a girl’s butt, for the purpose of sexual arousal, on Oct. 10, 2022, in Manchester.

Eian Kaguathi, 20, of Blucher Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a former intimate partner in Manchester on Nov. 12, 2022.

Mulanga Kaliba, 29, of Hevey Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Jan. 8 in Manchester.

Laurie R. Keith, 40, of Prospect Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving a BMW and leading police on a chase on Jan. 14 in Manchester. Read more about this case here: Manchester Woman Bagged On DWI, Deadly Weapon, Other Charges

Joseph Kilmartin, 28, of National Street in Nashua on a felony violation of a protective order charge. He was accused of texting a protective party after being convicted on violation a protective order in Nashua District Court in August 2022.

Matthew R. Lanciault, 44, of Jenkins Road in Bedford on witness tampering and three stalking-subsequent charges. He was accused of requesting an intimate partner to retract a statement to Bedford police on Sept. 4, 2022, and accused of calling and leaving a voicemail to a protected party repeatedly in September, October, and November 2022, in Bedford. Lanciault was convicted of stalking in Hillsborough County Superior Court in November 2019.

Michael Walsh, 35, of Grove Street in Manchester on robbery and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of robbing another person with a BB pistol and stealing their Honda CR-V on March 7 in Manchester.

James Welcome, 40, of Bay Street in Laconia on three possession of controlled drugs with intent to sell, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and buprenorphine, charges on Feb. 15 in Manchester.

Robert J. Willey Jr., 37, of Pleasant Lane in Warner on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle in Hillsboro between 45 and 85 mph in a 25 mph in an effort to evade police on Feb. 26.

David Wilson, 38, a transient in Manchester, on robbery and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening to shoot another person during a theft incident in Manchester on Oct. 24, 2022.

Sean Wynkoop, 20, of Long Pond Brook Way on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a family member on March 14 in Manchester.

Cyrel Yapp, 24, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 13 in Manchester.
