Concord Man Indicted On Rape Charge In Manchester: Roundup

Penacook man indicted on crack dealing charge, Manchester man indicted on lewdness, other charges, Exeter man indicted for reckless conduct.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Michael Neuberger, 29, upper left, a homeless man formerly located in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for aggravated felonious sexual assault for allegedly holding down and raping a woman on Sept. 24, 2017, in Manchester.

Michael Noyer, 55, upper middle, of Maple Street in Manchester, for indecent exposure and lewdness, two counts of attempted burglary, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, heroin, five counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of pistols and revolvers; convicted felons, and two counts of pistols and revolvers; armed career criminals. The charges stem from alleged incidents in October and November 2017.

Megan Papadoplos, 33, of Market Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence allegedly on March 25, 2017, in Manchester.

Wilson Pellot Sosa, 29, upper right, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for second-degree assault – allegedly fracturing the leg of another – on Sept. 24, 2017, in Manchester.

Phil Perez, 35, of Charles Street in Penacook, for felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-crack cocaine for allegedly selling the drug to a cooperating informant on Jan. 25, 2017, in Manchester.

Crystal Perks, 29, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for felony stalking – for allegedly climbing on the exterior of a home within 300 feet a protected home in Manchester after previously being convicted of violation of a protective order in Ninth District Court in May 2014.

Eugene Person, 44, lower right, of South Main Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to sell allegedly on Oct. 28, 2017, in Manchester.

Jonathan Petrocelli, 42, lower left, of Brook Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for robbery, possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, and theft by deception, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in October and November 2017, in Manchester.
