VT Man Indicted In Merrimack County Court For Knife Car Robbery

Plus, Manchester man indicted for organized retail crime spree and Penacook, Hooksett, and Franklin residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Christopher Lynch, 23, of Sherwood Drive in Hooksett, for felony possession of a controlled drug-dextroamphetamine allegedly on Aug. 28, 2017, in Hooksett.

Cody Loos, 22, upper right, of Laval Street in Manchester, on seven counts of theft by unauthorized taking-principal/accomplice and a single count of organized retail crime enterprise, all felonies. Between July 1, and Sept. 30, 2017, in Concord and Hookset, Loos allegedly in concert with Nicholas Ramalho and/or Rachel Ribecca stole merchandise – Dyson vacuums, fans, and other products – from Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, and Walmart.

Nichole Mason, 31, of Riverview Drive in Franklin, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 23, 2016, in Northfield.

Michele M. Milardo, 50, upper left, of Belmont Street in Manchester, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Buprenorphine allegedly on July 28, 2017, in Hooksett.

Richard Mooney, 58, lower left, with a last known address of Hudson Drive in Atlanta, GA, for forgery and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. Between Feb. 1, 2009, and April 1, 2016, he allegedly took unauthorized control over money – about $65,000 – belonging to the estate of a Concord man.

Jason E. Morgan, 44, of North Spring Street in Concord, for felony burglary. On Oct. 14, 2015, he allegedly burglarized a home on Gould Pond Road in Henniker.

Oscar Ndibanje, 21, upper middle, of Orchard Terrace in Burlington, VT, for felony robbery. On Aug. 18, 2017, he allegedly threatened another man by reaching into his vehicle with a knife and demanding that he get out.

Michael Neuberger, 29, lower middle, of Alice Drive in Penacook, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Sept. 4, 2017, on Bell Avenue in Hooksett.
