Londonderry Man Bagged In Bedford After Racking Up Charges Across NH

An intoxicated woman complaint at a local eatery led cops to arrest Tristan Roukey on stalking and resisting charges as well as warrants.

BEDFORD, NH — A complaint at a local restaurant about an intoxicated woman led to a hunt for a suspect on active warrants as well as a previous criminal charges, according to police. Tristan Roukey, 28, of Londonderry, was arrested on July 26, 2017, for stalking, resisting arrest, and false report to law enforcement. He also had active warrants for burglary out of Rockingham County and obstructing the report of a crime out of Manchester District Court.

According to Bedford Police Chief John J. Bryfonski, at just past 2 p.m. yesterday, officers were called to a South River Road eatery for a report of an intoxicated woman on the premises who was reportedly with Roukey. “Upon arrival, they encountered both parties and conducted an investigation,” he noted. “While attempting to obtain Roukey’s information, he allegedly provided a false name and subsequently fled from the officers on foot.”

Police established a perimeter around the area and a New Hampshire State Police K-9 Unit and Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department personnel arrived to assist.

“As the K-9 Unit was beginning to track Roukey, officers received an eyewitness report that ultimately led to Roukey being located a short time later hiding behind a business on South River Road,” Bryfonski stated.

Roukey was arrested and held on $10,000 cash bail pending an arraignment in Merrimack District Court.

Roukey’s Long Criminal History

Roukey, according to reports online, including Patch sites, has a long criminal history ranging for alleged drug dealing and at least one conviction for dealing drugs as well as alleged resisting incidents with police.

According to the Rockingham County Superior Court, he was convicted of dealing narcotics in June 2009, and theft in 2015. He also reportedly violated his probation. Roukey was also arrested in March 2016, for felony theft of services.

Previous arrests this year include a disorderly conduct charge at the Hooksett welcome center on I-93 by NHSP and a resisting charge at a Warren Street home in February while he was attempting to elude law enforcement and Concord Police on a warrant out of Merrimack County.

Roukey was also indicted on drug dealing charges from 2016 in Concord including fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine.
