Alleged Heroin, Fentanyl, Meth Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Concord man indicted after DWI-strangulation incident in Franklin, alleged Maine stamp stealer indicted, and convicted thief indicted again.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in the Merrimack County Superior Court.

Daniel Campbell, 26, of Tee Dee Drive in Belmont, on two felony counts of operating while deemed a habitual offender, after allegedly driving on Route 11 in New London on July 11, 2016, and Route 3A in Bow on Aug. 24, 2016.

Jay Starkweather, 20, of North Road in North Sutton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, alleged on Sept. 28, 2016, in New London.

Kehley Smith, 26, pictured lower right, of Deerfield, currently incarcerated, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on July 7, 2016, on Shaker Road in Concord. She was previously convicted of possession of a narcotic drug by the Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2010.

Peter Simon, 47, of Penwood Drive in Concord, on two counts second-degree assault and two counts of criminal threatening, both felonies, as well as two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of conduct after an accident, and disobeying an officer. On July 23, 2016, he allegedly drove a vehicle in Franklin, smashed into a wooden fence and another vehicle, and fled the scene. Simon allegedly refused to stop for a police officer when signaled to, according to the indictment. While allegedly armed with a dangerous weapon, he reportedly threatened to kill a man and a woman and strangled the man twice, according to the indictment.

Dylan Simms, 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, allegedly on School Street in Concord on Sept. 7, 2016.

Christopher Sieradski, 33, pictured lower center, of Concord, currently incarcerated, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, resisting arrest or detention, and unsworn falsification. On May 27, 2016, he allegedly gave an officer a false name in Concord and resisted while in possession of drugs.

Stephen Shaw, 31, pictured lower left, of Thomas Street in Bucksport, ME, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, after allegedly stealing tens of thousands of dollars of postage stamps on July 28, 2016, from Concord Litho in Concord.

Danielle Scrima, 41, pictured upper right, of Lawrence, MA, for theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Best Buy on D’Amante Drive in Concord on Aug. 21, 2016.

Tristan Roukey, 28, pictured upper center, of Concord, currently incarcerated, on six felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, six felony counts of sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, and felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. In March and May 2016, in Concord, he allegedly sold drugs to an undercover police officer on East Side Drive, Manchester Street, in the area of Loudon Road, and the Walmart parking lot on Loudon Road. Roukey was convicted previously of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in June 2009.

Brandi Robie, 31, of Moses Avenue in Hill, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly in Hill on Aug. 13, 2016.

Daniel Prescott, 27, of Pinehurst Street in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on Sept. 9, 2016, on I-93 in Concord.

Marissa Powell, 26, of Walnut Street in Manchester, for felony operating while deemed a habitual offender, after allegedly driving on I-93 in Bow on Oct. 10, 2016.
