Children Left in a Car Leads to Suspended License Charge: Log
Concord Police: Woman gets agitated after DWI arrest, Hampton man arrested for disorderly, and Pembroke teen arrested twice on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH - Starcia M. Kimani, 37, of Annis Drive in Gilford, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on April 14, 2016, on two counts of conspiracy to commit, one a felony, and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the Citizens Bank on Loudon Road on Feb. 27, 2016. Kimani had a court date on May 23.

Roman R. Cornelius, 27, of Electric Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on April 12, 2016, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident on April 6, 2016, on Electric Avenue. He had a court date on May 23.

Jeffrey Bradley, 54, of Kings Highway in Hampton, was arrested at 4:05 a.m. on April 11, 2016, for disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street on Jan. 20, 2016. He was arrested by Seabrook Police.

Sara Neema, 19, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 6:20 p.m. on April 10, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a stop for not making a complete stop at a stop sign at Pembroke and Canterbury Roads. She’s due in court on June 13.
Herbert N. Thibeault, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on April 6, 2016, on a bench warrant from March 31, 2016, for nonappearance in court on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested again at 11:03 a.m. on April 12, 2016, for criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions. In both incidents he was arrested on South Commercial Street while standing under the I-393 overpass.
Michael Sink, 22, of Pierce Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on April 5, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. Police were sent to the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street for a report of a possibly impaired driver. The officer caught up with the vehicle while it was driving north on South Main and “accelerating rapidly,” according to the report, and later, over correcting and swerving erratically. The officer continued to follow the Ford Focus on South State Street and then stopped it on Pleasant Street after it struck the curbing near Endicott Furniture. The driver – Sink – allegedly “struggled to remove his license” and looked at the officer with “a distance gaze” during questioning. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.
Alyssa E. Thiem, 25, of Second Street in Dover, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on April 3, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs-marijuana after a traffic stop on North Main Street for a headlight out and driving close to the white fog line. The driver – Thiem – allegedly smelled like alcohol, had bloodshot, heavy eyelids, and was nodding while speaking with the officer, the report alleged. When asked where she lived, Thiem allegedly stated, “Fella Dover.” When asked what that meant, she allegedly “gave me a blank stare and didn’t say anything,” the officer alleged. The driver allegedly “became agitated and hostile” toward the officer, arguing with her, and raising her voice, according to the report, while slurring her words. When asked to step out of the car, she allegedly refused, ignored the officer’s commands three times, and was then pulled from the vehicle and arrested. During processing, Thiem “blurted out” comments while laughing. “Wow, look, there’s a whirl and a loop … I’m human,” according to the report.
Cameo L. Gonsalves, 29, of Auburn Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on April 2, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road after dispatch received a report of three young children left in a vehicle parked in front of the Shaw’s on D’Amante Drive. “I explained to Cameo why I had stopped her and she stated that she was in the store for only 20 minutes,” the officer alleged. “Cameo stated that she didn't take the kids out of the car because it was pouring rain and she was going to be quickly in and out of the store.” The children were 11, 8, and 1, according to the report. A check of her license came back as suspended on Jan. 30, 2016, and she was arrested. Gonsalves had a court date on May 9.
Steven D. Ridgeway, 41, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on March 28, 2016, on a felony bench warrant out of Hillsborough County as well as criminal mischief, two counts of theft from a motor vehicle, two counts of receiving stolen property, possession of burglary tools, felony criminal liability for the conduct of another, and five counts possession of drugs, four of them felonies. The charges stem from vehicles allegedly burglarized in the parking lot of Regal Cinemas on Loudon Road in September 2015. The Hillsborough County warrant was for failure to appear in court on a theft by deception charge. Ridgeway was held on $5,000 cash bail.
Anthony M. Beebe, 38, of Steeple View Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on March 28, 2016, for domestic violence-false imprisonment, false imprisonment, and resisting arrest or detention after police were sent to the home when dispatch received a call about a woman screaming “get off of me” and “this is all your fault,” according to a report. When they arrived, they ran into a man “barging out of the apartment” with a cut on his forehead. The woman alleged that “he wouldn’t let me leave” and checked on two children that were OK. After speaking with the woman and Beebe allegedly refusing to speak with the officers and comply when told to stay out of the apartment during the investigation, he was arrested. During processing, “Anthony apologized for his poor behavior at the residence and told me that he let his emotions get the best of him,” according to the officer.
Garrett V. Beck, 22, of West Salisbury Road in Salisbury, received a summons at 3:56 a.m. on March 26, 2016, for theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road on Jan. 21, 2016. He was served at the Merrimack County House of Corrections after being arrested by NHSP. According to a court affidavit, the case reportedly involved the theft of eye drops and a blood pressure monitor valued at nearly $75, that he allegedly tried to return for credit. The store alleged that Beck had made three returns without receipts in the last six months, according to the affidavit.
Tristan M. Roukey, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. on March 24, 2016, for felony theft of services after an alleged incident on Jan. 18, 2016. The case investigation all started after a cab driver reportedly drove Roukey and a woman to Game Stop on Fort Eddy Road from Manchester Street and they reportedly did not pay for the fare of $25, according to a court affidavit. Two days later, the officer attempted to speak with Roukey at a manufactured home on Manchester Street, but he allegedly fled the area upon seeing the officer arrive. The officer noted that Roukey had two previous theft convictions out of Rockingham County from 2015 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Police were sent on March 24, to Grove Street to assist Concord Fire and Rescue teams with “a male rolling on the front lawn and that he was possibly on drugs,” according to a report. The man was later identified as Roukey and he was arrested and held, due to a probation violation from Rockingham County, according to the report.
Kyle A. Sciortino, 19, of Borough Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 6:58 a.m. on March 19, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs-marijuana and possession of drugs. He was arrested again at 7 p.m. on April 16, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs-marijuana, possession of drugs, and default or breach of bail conditions. In the first incident, Sciortino was arrested in the rear parking lot of a Thorndike Street address after police were sent there to investigate a suspicious vehicle complaint. He was allegedly found to be in possession and was arrested. In the second incident, according to a court affidavit, an officer pulled over a Ford Crown Vic for reportedly “slowly drifting back and forth within its travel lane” on South Main Street. Marijuana allegedly was smelled coming from the vehicle and Sciortino allegedly had “bloodshot red” eyes. After a consent search, in which police allegedly found a bag of marijuana, a digital scale, several empty plastic bags, and rolling papers, he was arrested and Sciortino was arrested and held on $6,000 cash bail.
