Underage Adults Face Booze Charges, Teens Arrested Drug Charges: NHSP Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

Jessalyn Vargas, unknown age, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. on March 1, 2017, for transportation of alcohol by a minor. Also arrested was Sabrina Tepper, 20, of Manchester, for unlawful possession/intoxication. They were arrested on Route 101 in Brentwood.

Brian Pepin, 52, of Manchester, was arrested at 10 a.m. on March 1, 2017, for indecent exposure/gross lewdness and negligent driving. He was arrested on Route 101 in Candia.

Nicholas Lang, 36, of Rochester, was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension and uninspected vehicle at 7:52 a.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, on Route 16 South just north of the Dover tolls.

Melissa Lynds, 30, of Cornish, ME, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, possession of prescription drugs, and arrest prior to requisition. She was arrested on I-95 South in Hampton near the shed.

Karim Winn, 20, of Dover, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for DUI on Route 155 in Madbury.

Tyler Kileen, 22, of Seabrook, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on Route 16 South in Dover.

Chase St. Laurent, 19, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, transportation of alcohol by a minor, and open container. He was arrested on Main Street in Durham.

Dallas Bascio, 19, of Merrimack, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2017, for transporting alcohol by a minor, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, speeding – 26+ mph over 55 mph limit – and unregistered vehicle. Also arrested was Shawn Crement, 19, of Merrimack, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Route 101 East in Hampton.

Linghi Pan, 20, of Durham, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Troop A barrack in Epping.

Kyle Slocum, 18, of Walpole, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on March 2, 2017, for DUI on Marlboro Street in Keene.

Sage Sundell, 21, of Charlestown, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2017, for DUI, DUI adult greater than 0.08, and speeding – 11 to 15 mph over 55 speed limit on Charlestown Road in Claremont.

Amber Monty, 37, of Bellows Falls, VT, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2017, for habitual offender and a warrant on Route 12 in Walpole.

Troop D Blotter

Tabitha Plourde, 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on March 2, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension at the I-393 onramp by Fort Eddy Road in Concord.

Katrinna Fields, 22, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on March 1, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. She was arrested on I-93 North in Bow.

Dwayne Smart, 34, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested at 3:07 a.m. on March 1, 2017, for possession of controlled drug-marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension, and two counts of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription on I-93 North in Concord.

James Marshal, 26, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and speeding – 21+ mph over 65 speed limit. He was arrested on I-89 South near Exit 12 in New Londong.

Tristan Roukey, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 28, 2017, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested at the Hooksett welcome center.

Samantha Lavoie, 33, of Loudon, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant. She was arrested on I-89 South just north of Exit 1 in Bow.

Quinn Pollock, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on Feb. 26, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of controlled drug-marijuana after a traffic stop on I-93 North just north of Exit 13 in Concord.

Nicholas Rudis, 25, of Derry, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, on two counts of possession of controlled drugs-heroin/crack less than 1 gram and marijuana, two counts of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and negligent driving. He was arrested on I-93 North in Bow.

Mark Bicknell, 53, of Deering, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for DUI and speeding – 16 to 20 mph over 65 mph limit on I-89 South in Concord.

Troop E Blotter

Lisa Martin, 26, of Sanford, ME, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on Feb. 23, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Udai Dadwal, 42, of Shrewsbury, MA, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, for DUI and resisting arrest or detention on Route 16 in Albany.

Simon Murphy, 18, of Portland, ME, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Route 112 in Conway.

Zachary Schutz, 18, of Danvers, MA, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol/intoxication, possession of controlled drugs-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Gary Johnson, 66, of Center Ossipee, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2017, for DUI and driving after revocation or suspension on Route 16 North in Tamworth.

Zoe Gilchrest, 19, of Chepachet, RI, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2017, for controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs were kept and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 25 in Tamworth.

Troop F Blotter

Anthony Pierce, 42, of Campton, was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2017, for DUI on I-93 South in Campton.

Thomas Lord, unknown age, of Rumney, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, for cruelty to animals; negligent on Route 25 in Rumney.

Bradley Savage, 32, of Stratford, was arrested at 11:52 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, for conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension on Route 3 in Straford.

Tyler Gooden, 22, of Landaff, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, for two counts of violation of a protective order and two counts of breach of bail. He was arrested on Hodge Hill Road in Landaff.

Charles Matthes, 26, of Salem, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for controlled drugs: acts prohibited on I-93 North near Exit 25 in Ashland.

Glaysay Lawrence, 20, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for reckless conduct, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and disobeying an officer on I-93 North in Holderness.

James MacDonald, 18, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana at Highland and Broadway in Plymouth.

Tegan Smith, 19, of Littleton, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 135 in Monroe.

David Osgood, 42, of Newton, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2017, for speeding – 11 to 15 mph over 55 speed limit, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on I-93 North in Holderness.

Timothy Hannay, 30, of Springfield, VT, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2017, for DUI, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and open container on I-89 North near Exit 15 in Enfield.
