Man Indicted for Shooting, Threatening Woman
Plus, Manchester man indicted for robbery; Mason man indicted on domestic violence charges; others face drug charges.

Aaron P. Lacroix, 24, of Linwood Street in Nashua, was indicted on two felony possession of a controlled drug counts for allegedly being in possession of clonazepam and heroin on July 22, 2014, in Nashua.
Jerald J. Leith, 26, of Willow Street in Manchester, was indicted for felony robbery after allegedly using physical force against a woman, causing injury to her ankle, and grabbing her purse in Nashua on Aug. 20, 2014.
Stephen Leoffler, 21, of Robin Circle in Stoughton, MA, was indicted for felony criminal mischief. It’s alleged that between April 10, and April, 11, 2014, in Nashua, he keyed a Jeep Wrangler causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Anthony D. Maestre, 23, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was indicted for felony burglary for allegedly breaking into a Temple Street apartment in Nashua on Aug. 23, 2014.
Richard Marchant, 23, of Underhill Street in Nashua, was indicted on a possession of cocaine charge, a felony. The charge is connected to an incident on June 19, 2014, in Nashua.

Samantha Marchant, 20, of Underhill Street in Nashua, was indicted on sale of Oxocodone, a felony, allegedly on June 17, 2014, in Nashua.
Jillian Marcotte, 28, of Lake Street in Nashua, was indicted for felony criminal liability to forgery for allegedly assisting in Steven Potter in cashing a check at the Lowell Five Bank in Nashua that was stolen during a burglary.
Allen Martin, 49, of Brookline Road in Mason, was indicted on a felony criminal threatening, domestic violence related charge for allegedly terrorizing and threatening to commit first-degree assault – shoot a firearm – at a woman.
Christopher Martini, 41, of Balcom Street in Nashua, was indicted for first-degree assault and criminal threatening, domestic violence related, for allegedly firing a .38 caliber firearm at a woman, causing wounds to her arm and chest, and threatening the woman with the weapon.
Damien Martini, 31, of Woodland Drive in Nashua, was indicted on sale of a narcotic drug and purported narcotic drug, both felony counts. It’s alleged that Martini sold heroin and another item that he stated was heroin to another person.
Paul McCoy, 60, of Kingston Drive in Nashua, was indicted for second-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault, for allegedly pushing a woman and strangling her on Sept. 5, 2014, in Nashua.
Frank McHard Jr., 46, of Gray Avenue in Nashua, was indicted on aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and second-degree assault. It’s alleged that he assaulted a boy between Nov. 21, and Dec. 11, 2013, at a home in Nashua.
Travis McPherson, 18, of Boulder Circle in Nashua, was indicted for possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, a felony, and possession of controlled drug. It’s alleged that he was in possession of more than an ounce of marijuana that he was going to sell as well as being in possession of hashish on Sept. 5, 2014, in Nashua.
Byron Medina, 23, of Kendrick Street in Nashua, was indicted for felony criminal threatening and reckless conduct. It’s alleged that in Nashua, on Sept. 8, 2014, he ran at and attempted to hit another man with an aluminum bat.
Shaune R. Miller, 35, of Mountain View Park Drive in Johnson, VT, was indicted for possession of diazepam and possession of lorazepam with intent to distribute, a felony. While driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Aug. 9, 2014, Miller was stopped and was allegedly in possession of the drugs. He was previously convicted of possession of marijuana in Vermont.
