Manchester Man Faces 17 Felony Counts Of Witness Tampering: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Man indicted on strangulation, gun assault charge; Hillsboro woman accused of strangling partner; men face drug dealing charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
John Patterson, 31, of Coffin Road in Epping on a felony stalking charge on April 24, 2022, in Manchester after previously being convicted of stalking during the past seven years.
Anthony Pedra, 39, of Union Street in Manchester on two felony possession of controlled drugs with intent to sale, fentanyl and buprenorphine, charges, on Aug. 15, 2022, in Manchester.

Kevin Pino, 25, of Main Street in Manchester on domestic violence and second-degree assault charges. He was accused of threatening a former intimate partner with a gun, stating, “Do I have to shoot you?” on Oct. 22, 2022, in Manchester and strangling her on Oct. 23, 2022, in Manchester.
Neena Pollard, 26, of Henniker Street in Hillsboro on a felony second-degree assault charge, accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 12, 2022, in Deering.

Nicholas Rackliffe, 31, of River Road in Weare on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of shattering the windshield, driver’s side windows, denting the driver’s side rear bed, and making pickax holes in multiple locations on a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado in Weare on Oct. 5, 2022.
Tyler Rogers, 35, of Schuyler Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Goffstown on Aug. 19, 2022.
Ricardo A. Rosario, 26, of Pennacook Street in Manchester on a felony sale of fentanyl charge. He was accused of selling the drug to a confidential informant in Manchester on Jan. 5, 2021.
Joshua Roy, 50, of Hall Street in Manchester on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Manchester police between Sept. 3, and Sept. 9, 2022. Roy is a sex offender due to child pornography, certain use of computer services, and felonious sexual assault charges in New Hampshire in December 2002. He was also convicted on possession of child sexual abuse images charges in Worcester MA Superior Court in September 2005.
Justin Sales, 21, of Wilson Street in Manchester on 17 felony witness tampering charges. Between Sept. 22, and Nov. 5, 2022, he attempted to induce another to withhold testimony from the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office.
Shawn Skepple, 42, of Boyton Street in Manchester on first-degree assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling and striking an intimate partner in the head with the grip of a handgun on Oct. 10, 2022, in Manchester.
