Manchester Man Indicted On Shooting, Evidence Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on 10 child sex abuse charges; Exeter woman accused of hiding drug in undergarment; Lowell woman indicted on DWI crash charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Matthew Raymond, 52, of West Mitchell Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 8, 2021, in Manchester.

Freddie E. Reyes, 20, of Orange Street in Manchester on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of shooting a gun on Union Street in Manchester, in a densely populated area, on Oct. 7, 2022, and was accused of concealing a bullet hole in a vehicle to impair an investigation. Justin Sales, 21, of Wilson Street in Manchester on two second-degree and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling and mounting an intimate partner while punching her in the head and face on Sept. 18, 2022, in Manchester. Sales was accused of attempting to induce the victim to withhold testimony because he needed to be out of jail.

Norma Salvador, 26, of Market Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of drunken driving and crashing into a house on South Mammoth Road in Manchester on Nov. 14, 2020. Amani Sapatis, 21, of Glendale Avenue in Manchester on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. Sapatis was accused of possessing videos on March 1, 2022, in Manchester.

Tyler Sasseville, 21, of Public Street in Manchester on criminal mischief and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of engaging in power slides and spinning maneuvers and burnouts on South Willow Street in Manchester on Sept. 9, 2022.

Shawn Senay, 21, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force and threatening a Dunkin’ Donuts gas station employee with a gun on Granite Street on Oct. 2, 2022, in Manchester. Arica Seigel, 39, of Deep Meadows Lane in Exeter on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of hiding drugs in her undergarments to impair a police investigation on April 20, 2022.

Craig Sinclair, 55, of Wilson Street in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a baseball bat and a knife, threatening to “crack” the victim’s skull and saying, “I’ll cut you up” and “I’ll slit you open,” or words to that effect, on Aug. 23, 2022, in Manchester.

Matthew Snyder, 28, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on possession of oxycodone, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on July 11, 2022, in Manchester, and possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell charges and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges, both felonies, on Aug. 21, 2022, in Manchester.
