Manchester Man Indicted On Attempted Murder Charge: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Sethe Shea, 24, of Manning Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a 9 mm handgun in the area of Country Club Drive in Manchester, in a densely populated area with apartment buildings, a basketball court, and pedestrians on Aug. 29, 2022.

Gary Patrick Smith, 59, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on attempted first-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of shooting at another person on Sept. 2, 2022, in Manchester.

Yoesmith Sosa Perez, 23, of Roycraft Road in Manchester on a felony attempted murder charge. He was accused of shooting another person in Manchester on Aug. 10, 2021. Read more about this case here: Manchester Shooting Investigation Results In One Person Arrested

Devonta Soto, 29, of Rice Avenue in Nashua on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charges. She was accused of using another person’s credit card at an ATM in Manchester on April 28, 2020.

William G. Swanson, 35, of Green Street in Manchester on a two felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. He was accused of possessing a Billie and metal baton on July 30, 2022, in Manchester.

Deandra Thompson, 31, of North Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on two attempted arson charges. She was accused of pouring gasoline on a 2018 Audi and attempting to light the vehicle on fire on Aug. 21, 2022, in Manchester.

Jerome Thompson, 37, of Morse Road in Manchester on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing photos between Jan. 7 and Jan. 20, 2022, in Manchester.

Kevin Robert Todd, 26, of Wakefield Road in Union on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges. He was accused of operating a vehicle on Route 124 and Route 123 in Sharon at more than 30 mph, running a stop sign, and forcing other vehicles off the road to avoid a crash but crashing the vehicle on July 18, 2022. He was also accused of removing beer bottles from the vehicle after the crash.

Donato Turcotte, 18, of Hayward Street in Manchester on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. In Manchester, he was accused of pointing a BB gun at others on Aug. 19, 2022.

Mark Turgeon, 60, of Black Brook Road in Dunbarton on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of intentionally fondling a child in Manchester between Oct. 18, 2018, and Oct. 31, 2019.
