Manchester Men Accused Of First-Degree Assault: Superior Court Roundup

Man accused of unemployment fraud; woman accused of leaving uncapped syringes near kids; man indicted on burglary, strangulation charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Tiffany L. Albert, 25, of West Street in Manchester on two felony reckless conduct charges. She was accused of leaving uncapped syringes, with at least one with fentanyl, within reach of children, between Feb. 9 and Feb. 10 in Manchester.

Aaron Allen, 54, of Pine Street in Manchester on criminal threatening, falsifying physical evidence, and two first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening someone by holding a machete to their throat and striking them with a blunt object on July 8 in Manchester. Allen was also accused of attempting to hide the blunt object to impede an investigation.

Russell G. Alvarez, 69, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of grabbing another person by the face and attempting to stab them on April 24 in Manchester.

Angus Anderson, 40, of Manchester Street in Manchester on burglary, robbery, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling another person on March 8, entering a home on Central Street in Manchester without permission on March 8, and robbing a dog on May 29 in Manchester.

Luis J. Avendano, 56, of Seventh Avenue in Manchester on two felony unemployment compensation fraud charges. He was accused of failing to disclose work while collecting unemployment between March 14, 2020, and March 6, 2021.

Fred Baldinelli, 60, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on an indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing himself in front of a child on June 24 in Manchester.

Tyler Brooks, 26, of Main Street in Bristol on a first-degree assault charge on July 6. He was accused of stabbing a metal scraper into the chest of another person on July 6 in Antrim.
