Man Accused Of Driving Into A Woman In Concord: Indictments

Boscawen man indicted on 6 reckless conduct, DWI charges; Franklin woman faces drug-dealing charges; catalytic converter theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Matthew Aldridge, 31, of Old Concord Road in Henniker on two felony possession of fentanyl charges — one in North Sutton on April 6 and the other in Concord on May 11. At the time of the first charge, according to the indictment, he was out on bail from Grafton County Superior Court on another charge.

Virginia Warren, 38, of Highland Avenue in Antrim on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 26 in Henniker.

Frank J. Penney, 44, with a last known address of Henniker Street in Henniker on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. On Aug. 26, 2020, he was accused of obtaining a coin machine owned by another person, valued at more than $1,500, in Bradford.

Philip Stamas, 26, of Intervale Road in Canterbury on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 10 in Hooksett. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted on a felony drug possession charge in Belknap County Superior Court in April 2018.

Sidney Gonsalves, 29, of Christmas Tree Park in Epsom on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 28, 2020, in Hooksett.

Adam Brill, 42, of Perimeter Road in Concord on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of Walmart in Concord on July 6.

Shawna Kozacka, 38, of Conway Road in Madison on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge in Concord on May 29.

Angus Anderson, 39, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of getting into a woman’s car, putting the vehicle into reverse, and driving into her on April 4 in Concord, causing injuries to her shins.

James A. Machado Sr., 45, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on receiving stolen property and conspiracy theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of removing a catalytic converter from a vehicle owned by another person and was accused of colluding with another to remove a catalytic converter from a vehicle owned by another. Both incidents occurred on April 12 in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, Machado has been convicted on theft charges.

Rian Fluery, 22, of Lew Alice Drive in Boscawen on six felony reckless conduct charges as well as aggravated DWI-excess speed, <30 mph over, aggravated DWI-eluding law enforcement, and disobeying an officer charges. On Jan. 10, he was accused of drunken driving through Franklin and Webster, at excessive speeds, 90 to 100 mph, in a chase with police while putting a passenger in danger.

Jessica Moses, 30, of West Bow Street in Franklin on sale of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of buprenorphine, and sale of meth-principle/accomplice charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents on Jan. 26, Feb. 2, and Feb. 12 on West Bow and Cheney streets in Franklin.

Timothy Leveille, 23, of Proctor Street in Franklin on receiving stolen property, accomplice theft by unauthorized taking, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a catalytic converter stolen from a pickup truck as well as accused of stealing catalytic converters from other vehicles on Feb. 8 in Franklin.
