Manchester Motorcyclist Faces Negligent Homicide Indictment: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Bedford felon indicted on gun, threat charges; Nashua woman accused of jail assault; man indicted on gun, sexual abuse image charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
John Barber, 30, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony sex offender registration; failure to comply charge. He was accused of failing to register with Manchester police between April 22 and April 26.
Justin Bell, 27, of Bennington Road in Hancock on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a business in Hancock on Jan. 30, 2021.

Kenneth Bradford, 45, of Manchester Street in Manchester on second-degree assault, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, conduct after an accident, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, sale of crack cocaine, possession of clonazepam, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies. The crack cocaine sale accusation occurred on Jan. 3 in Manchester, while the other incidents occurred in Manchester on May 31.
Maurice Brown, 40, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 22 in Manchester.

David Campbell, 38, of Manchester Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and indecent exposure and lewdness charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a wallet and exposing himself for the purpose of sexual gratification on May 23 in Manchester.
Aaron Cantrell, 33, of Sagamore Street in Manchester on three felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, buprenorphine, crack cocaine, and cocaine, charges on May 5 in Manchester.
Nicholas Carrero, 20, of Concord Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property, possession of child sexual abuse images, manufacture of child sexual abuse images, distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of receiving or retaining a stolen Taurus G2C 9 mm handgun in Bedford on May 25. Between Jan. 1 and March 24, in Manchester, he was accused of creating or manufacturing a video of a child involved in sexual activity.
Cristian Castro, 35, of Donald Street in Bedford on reckless conduct, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at an intimate partner between June 2 and June 3 in Bedford. Castro is a felon due to a conviction in New York.
Brandy Cathcart, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on assaults by prisoners and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of assaulting another person while in custody as an inmate twice on Feb. 26 in Manchester.
Timothy D. Cox, 50, of Claire Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a fake check for $2,887.99 on Nov. 10, 2021, in Goffstown.
Grant E. Darveau, 28, of Hillcrest Avenue in Manchester on a felony negligent homicide charge. He was accused of causing the death of another by speeding while driving a motorcycle, taking a turn, and crashing the motorcycle, leading to a fatal head injury of a passenger on June 9, 2021, in Manchester.
