Pittsfield Woman Indicted On Fentanyl Sales, Other Charges: Court

Concord drug indictments; Oregon man accused of distributing meth; Littleton man indicted on habitual offender, stolen vehicle charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County.

Justin Adams, 40, of Central Street in Franklin on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, methamphetamine, and possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent, fentanyl, charges, both felonies, on Central Street in Franklin on Feb. 18.

Miles A. Anderson, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on May 7 in Concord.

Leo Baker, 52, of Wilton Road in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on April 18 in Newbury.

John Barber, 30, of Belmont Street in Manchester on three felony counts of possession with intent to distribute, MDMA, meth, and fentanyl, on Feb. 32 in Concord.

Scott Batchelder Jr., 38, of Concord Street in Concord on a felony driving after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Ford Explorer on Central Street in Franklin on June 2 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Tyler Bisson-Tessier, 30, of Proctor Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 1 in Franklin.

William Blanchard, 33, of Bishop Street in Littleton on a felony driving after certification as a habitual offender and receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of driving a stolen 2021 Jeep Cherokee on Interstate 89 in Warner on May 5 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nathan Bond, 43, of North Main Street in Concord on possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl and felon in possession charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a double-edged knife on West River Road in Hooksett on Dec. 19, 2020. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court for sale of a controlled drug in July 2019.

Linda Bourassa, 67, of Franklin on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Central Street in Franklin on May 18 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jasmine C. Bourdeau, 43, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on three sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, two possession of intent to distribute-meth and fentanyl, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies. The drug sale charges were connected to incidents in Chichester on Dec. 14, and Dec. 20, 2021, and Jan. 12. The other charges were connected to April 21 in Chichester.

Tony Bumpas, 33, of Polk Street in Eugene, Oregon, on possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, and possession of testosterone, charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling and possessing the drugs on April 22 in Bow.

Joshua Burney, 43, of Village Street in Penacook on controlled act; acts prohibited, meth and para-fluorofentanyl, charges on April 16 in Concord.
