Nashua man accused of Instagram threats; Merrimack man accused of stealing from Milford Burger King; Nashua man accused of sexual assault.

NASHUA, NH — The following indictments were recently handed down in Hillsborough Superior Court-South.

Alvin Cantey, of Hudson, was charged with Special felony drug possession. He is accused of knowingly selling less than one-half ounce of cocaine to someone working with the Nashua Police Department in May. He was previously arrested in Nashua in August on a bench warrant for non-payment of a fine.

Xavier Castacio, of Nashua, was charged with Special felony aggravated felonious sexual assault. He is accused of sexual assaulting a woman while she was asleep in Nashua in February.

Brandy Cathcart, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony drug possession. She is accused of knowingly possessing the drug alprazioam in Nashua in August.

Shawn Coates, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony drug possession. He is charged with knowingly possessing cocaine and fentanyl in Nashua in August.

Ryan Coleman, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony domestic violence – criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. He is accused of pointing a revolver at the chest of his father for the purpose of terrorizing him in Hollis in March.

Peter Correa, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony criminal threatening. He is accused of sending a woman messages on Instragram threatening to sexually assault her, commit violent acts toward her and sending her a video of him pointing a firearm toward the camera in Hudson in March.

Tyler Desclos, of Nashua, was charged with two counts Class B criminal mischief. He is accused of damaging multiple vehicles for a damage total of more than $1,500 by jumping on them and spreading a tar-like substance on them in Nashua in August. He was also charged with breach of bail for being arrested when he was out on bail for another charge.

Jesse Donovan, of Nashua, was charged with felony drug possession. He is accused of knowingly possessing the drug buprenorphine in sealed packages in Nashua in September.

Christopher Doubleday, of Weare, was charged with Class B felony forgery. He is accused of forging a woman's name on a check used to purchase a gun and ammunition at Milford Firearms in June.

Tayla Lavwer Dumont, of Manchester, was charged with Special felony drug possession with intent to distribute. She is accused of possessing and attempting to sell crack cocaine in Nashua in August.

Antony De Leon Espinal, of Nashua, was charged with two counts of Class B felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He is accused of driving his car into another car at a high rate of speed in Merrimack in May.

Nicole Mencia Espinal, of Cranston R.I., was charged with Class A felony identity theft. She is accused of presenting false identification in an attempt to purchase items from Verizon in Nashua in July.

Michael Farmer, of Merrimack, was charged with two counts Class B felony robbery. He is accused of threatening a victim during the course of a robbery of a Burger King in Milford in August after twice having been previously convicted of stealing from the Burger King.
