Newport Sex Offender Indicted On More Child Sex Assault Charges

Goffstown man indicted on drug charge out of Bedford, Queen City felon indicted on gun, drug charges, and Tilton habitual offender indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Timothy Dubois, 36, upper left, of Plummer Street in Manchester, on two counts of theft by deception, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents at Home Depot and Good Still Pawn in October 2017, and Rite Aid in September 2017, in Manchester.

James Ellner, 46, upper middle, of Harrison Street in Manchester, on four felony counts of receiving stolen property. In December 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly retained the personal property of another including jewelry and a bike. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Leona Farrar, 42, upper right, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for common nuisance, convicted felons-a Ruger GP 100 .37 revolver, and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, all felonies, allegedly on Dec. 19, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in January 2012.

Destinee Fitz, 27, of East Dunbarton Road in Goffstown, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Oct. 20, 2017, in Manchester.

Arthur Foss, 34, lower left, of Windsor Drive in Tilton, for habitual offender. On Dec. 1, 2017, he was allegedly driving on Concord Street in Antrim.

Nathan Gagne, 33, lower middle, of East Dunbarton Road in Goffstown, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 28, 2017, in Bedford.

Donald Glidden, 25, of Douglas Street in Manchester, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, buprenorphine, amphetamine allegedly on Oct. 8, 2017, in Manchester.

Montriville Graham, 43, lower right, of Cutts Road in Newport, on six counts of felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between 1990 and 1994, he alleged groped, fondled, and assaulted two children in Hillsborough. Graham – a registered sex offender – was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a victim under 13 in August 1997, according to the state of New Hampshire.

Michael Grenier, 31, of Somerville Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Sept. 22, 2017, in Manchester, Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell in Rockingham County Superior Court in October 2006.
