NH Woman Indicted On Knife Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Goffstown man indicted on cocaine charges, convicted thief indicted again, Queen City man indicted for allegedly hiding drugs in his rectum.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Vincente Betancourt, 42, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony sale of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Dec. 10, 2014, in Manchester.

Justin Blanchard, 32, of Garden Drive in Manchester, on two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. In September 2015, in Manchester, he allegedly obtained and disposed of stolen items. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before on theft charges.

Scott Boyd, 40, upper right, of Brown Avenue in Manchester, for felony duty to report for allegedly failing to register with police on Jan. 30, 2017, after being convicted on aggravated felonious sexual assault in March 2009, in Merrimack County Superior Court.

John Breda, 43, of East Dunbarton Road in Goffstown, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 11, Oct. 16, and Oct. 30, 2017, in Manchester.

Anthony Brooks, 32, upper left, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, allegedly on Oct. 7, 2017, in Manchester.

Taran Brooks, 33, upper middle, of Page Street in Manchester, for second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and two counts of convicted felons, all felonies. On Nov. 22, 2017, in Manchester, she allegedly possessed a knife and cut the wrist of another person and threatened them.

Kevin Burke, 34, lower right, of Temple Court in Manchester, for conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and two counts of criminal mischief, all felonies. Between January and June 2017, he allegedly tagged buildings on Gold Street and the Pond Bridge with graffiti.

Jonathan Bush, 31, lower left, of Cypress Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, heroin-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence. The charges on Oct. 12, and Nov. 29, 2017, in Manchester. For the falsifying charge, the indictment alleges that Bush placed four clear knotted plastic bags of white chunk material believed to be heroin in his rectum.
