NH, MA Residents Arrested On DUI Charges: State Police

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

Kenneth Eaton, 35, of Kingston, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on July 3, 2017, for operating without a valid license and a bench warrant on Route 16 North in Newington.

Elizabeth Bourque, 27, of Goffstown, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for false imprisonment. She was arrested on Route 101 West in Raymond.

Charith Jayasekera, 24, of Wakefield, MA, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for DUI and reckless operation on Route 101 in Hampton.

Nathan Hughes, 31, of Northwood, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 South in Portsmouth.

Daniel Murphy, 22, of Saugus, MA, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI on Highland Avenue in Hampton.

Olivia Griffin, 25, of Dover, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI, DUI adult greater than 0.08, and yellow/solid line violation on Route 4 in Durham.

Carolyn Chilton, 26, of Montgomery, VT, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Matthew Haddle, 35, of Dover, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI and DUI adult greater than 0.08 on Route 16 North in Portsmouth.

Karen Haugsrud, 61, of Dover, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on June 30, 2017, on a bench warrant, operating without a valid license, and unofficial inspection/registration decal on the Spaulding Turnpike North in Dover.

Richard Morgan, 24, of Amherst, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on July 6, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 5 grams, on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua.

Jeffrey Belanger, 28, of Bedford, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on July 6, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike South in Merrimack.

Michael Grenon, 49, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on July 5, 2017, for DUI on I-93 South in Bow.

Yovanni Alas, 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on July 5, 2017, for operating without a valid license and reckless operation on the Everett Turnpike South in Merrimack.

Joshua Hunkins, 32, of Derry, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on July 4, 2017, for disobeying an officer on I-93 in Manchester.

Branden McCoo, 22, of Loudon, was arrested at 1 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for DUI on Chestnut Street in Manchester.

Angel Agosto Guerrios, 19, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for operating without a valid license on Union Street in Manchester.

Shannon Winslow, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for arrest prior to requisition on West Hollis Street in Nashua.

Nelson Joseph, 41, of Boston, MA, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI, DUI adult greater than 0.08, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. He was arrested on the I-293 South Exit 5 off-ramp in Manchester.

Michael Stevens, 44, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI on West Hollis Street in Nashua.

Jerod Harris-Appling, 26, of Southbridge, MA, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant. He was on West Hollis Street in Nashua.

Daniel Rivera-Rodriguez, 27, of Salem, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Granite Street in Manchester.

Daiane Leftrin-Silva-Droique-Pimentel, 26, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on June 30, 2017, on an operating without a valid license charge on West Hollis Street in Nashua.

Ryan Basnett, 20, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on June 30, 2017, for operating without a valid license on West Hollis Street in Nashua.

Bryan Figueroa, 25, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on June 30, 2017, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested on I-93 North in Windham.

Melissa Newell, 23, of Medfield, MA, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on July 6, 2017, for speeding – 11-15 mph over 55, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of controlled drugs-marijuana on Washington Street in Claremont.

Troop D Blotter

Frank Halpin, 45, of Laconia, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on July 6, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 North in Bow.

Shannon Lundy, 32, of Claremont, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on July 6, 2017, on two counts of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 5 grams. Lundy was arrested on Route 4 in Wilmot.

Shiddhartha Giri, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on July 6, 2017, for conduct after an accident on I-93 North in Bow.

Justine Jenna, 34, of Tilton, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on July 6, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 North in Bow.

Matteo Tavello, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on July 5, 2017, for felony habitual offender at the on-ramp of I-393 East in Concord.

Dustan Lizotte, 32, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on July 5, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested on I-89 North near Exit 12 in New London.

Scott Boyd, 40, of Pembroke, was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on July 4, 2017, for disorderly conduct, obstructing government administration, and three counts of criminal threatening. He was arrested at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street in Concord.

Steven Boisvert, 53, of Bradford, was arrested at 6 p.m. on July 4, 2017, on a bench warrant on I-89 South in Grantham.

Daniel Galvao, 29, of Villanova, PA, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on July 3, 2017, for reckless operation on I-93 South in Concord.

Tetyana Kasatsky, 38, of South Sutton, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for DUI on Route 114 in Sutton.

A 17-year-old from Penacook was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on July 2, 2017, on I-93 South near Exit 13 in Concord.

Vikas Merchia, 50, of North Easton, MA, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for DUI. She was arrested on I-89 South in Hopkinton.

Gabriella Alvino, 23, of New Hampton, was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Sanbornton.

Melissa Sadatis, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on June 30, 2017, for DUI on I-93 South in Canterbury.

Marc Webber, 30, of Rochester, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on June 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-89 North in New London.

Angeliza Cruz, 20, of Derry, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 in

Ian Power, 25, of Austin, TX, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Erika Whitcomb, 26, of Chichester, was arrested at 4 p.m. on June 30, 3017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration on Route 28 near Route 126 in Barnstead.

Troop F Blotter

Jason Joe, 27, of Chicago, IL, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on July 4, 2017, for speeding – 21+ mph over 70 and reckless operation on I-93 South in Lincoln.

Rosa Moran-Flores, 19, of Brockton, MA, was arrested a midnight on July 4, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Also charged was Caylee Pittman, 19, of Brockton, MA, for unlawful possession. They were charged on I-93 North in Ashland.

Erin Kelley, 22, of Bridgewater, MA, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on July 3, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on I-93 South in Lincoln.

Christian Pereira, 19, of East Bridgewater, MA, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on July 3, 2017, for speeding – 21+ mph over 70, reckless operation, and transportation of alcohol by a minor. He was arrested on I-93 North in Ashland.
