• Bedford board approves 26-unit workforce housing plan (unionleader.com) — A new 30-unit apartment project at 9 Sunset Lane has cleared the Bedford Planning Board, with 26 units designated as workforce housing and four as income-restricted for residents earning up to 80% of area median income. Developers adjusted the mix after working with New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, but officials note Bedford will still far exceed its required 10% workforce housing threshold.
