Queen City Man Indicted On Attempted Murder Charge: Court Roundup
Men from Antrim, Concord, Sullivan, NY, and Mass. indicted on sexual assault charges; Maine woman faces hindering indictment out of Bedford.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Samantha Azotea, 32, of Ridge Street in Goffstown on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 24 in Manchester.
Robert Barry, 58, of South Road in Sullivan on tampering with witnesses and informants and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling and sexually assaulting a girl at various times between December 2010 and December 2017 in Antrim. Barry was also accused of telling the victim between Jan. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2018, she would be taken away from her family, or words to that effect, if she spoke about the assaults.

Jonathan T. Brand, 57, of Concord on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a boy between March and November 2010 at YDC in Manchester.
Justin J. Castillo, 30, of Intervale Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling a child between June 1, 2016, and July 3, 2017, in Manchester.

Katie Colsia Pelletier, 37, of Elm Street in Waterville, Maine, on hindering apprehension or prosecution and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl charges, all felonies. She was accused of obstructing Bedford police about potential warrants for her husband, Timothy Pelletier, when she lied and identified him as “Isaiah” on Feb. 6. The drug possession charges were from Manchester on March 23.
Reagan Crawford, 38, of Canal Street in Manchester on attempted murder and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of placing a pillow over an intimate partner’s face to impede her breathing while saying, “you whore, you’re going to die,” and “murder’s in my blood, you’re not leaving here,” or words to that effect on April 19 in Manchester.
Anthony Cristallo, 52, of Westview Drive in Derry on certain uses of computer services prohibited, indecent exposure or lewdness, and trafficking in person charges, all felonies. Between Jan. 1 and March 8, he was accused of offering $1,500 to a person under 16 for sexual assault, sending photos of his genitals to the girl, and sending messages attempting to engage in a sexual assault with her in Manchester.
Nicole Dion, 33, of Valley Street in Manchester on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on Jan. 20 in Manchester.
Tyler Finley, 20, of Pleasant Street in Antrim on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman on June 2 in Antrim.
