Officers were sent to the area of the Dollar Tree on Loudon Road for a report of a man screaming inside of a store, according to an affidavit. The officer arrived at the Shell station and spoke to the man, identified as Dozibrin, who he was holding a can of beer, the report stated. "I did nothing wrong," Dozibrin is accused of saying to the officer. The officer spoke with Dozibrin about the concerned callers reaching out to police and asked if he had been drinking. Dozibrin, the affidavit said, admitted to drinking one or two beers during the previous hour. Inside the Saab, the officer wrote, there was a Labatt Blue in the console and four crushed beer cans on the front passenger floor of the vehicle.
