Bedford Man Indicted On 10 Counts Child Sexual Abuse Images: Superior Court

Londonderry woman indicted on reckless conduct, drug charges; felon accused of having guns; New Yorker indicted on drug enterprise charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Samuel Caraballo, 24, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-Ruger LCP pistol. He is a felon due to a criminal threatening conviction in June 2021.

Florin Castor, 22, of Liberty Hill Road in Bedford on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images on Aug. 24 in Bedford.

Tawni Chamberlain, 32, of Range Road in Loudon on possession of crack cocaine and receiving stolen property, both felonies. She was accused of stealing a motor vehicle in Manchester on May 12.

Timothy Chandler, 37, of Grove Street in Manchester on possession of methamphetamine, possession of amphetamine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of psilocybin, receiving stolen property, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of meth with intent to sell, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a knife after previously being convicted on a felony charge and retaining an Acura MDX owned by another person that he knew to be stolen on July 21 in Manchester.

Krystal Clinton, 37, of Hovey Road in Londonderry on reckless conduct and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving erratically and speeding, swerving into oncoming traffic, and causing a collision with another vehicle on Route 114 in Bedford on March 29. Previously, according to the indictment, Clinton was convicted of control of premises in Rockingham County Superior Court in September 2018.

Antonio Clough, 39, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on four felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a 9 mm Bersa on Feb. 24 and a semi-automatic rifle, 9 mm Bersa, and a pistol on Aug. 17 in Manchester. Clough was convicted of robbery in September 2006.

Clarence Collins, 58, formerly of New York, New York, on drug enterprise leader, on two counts of sale of methamphetamine-subsequent offense, sale of fentanyl-subsequent offense, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent offense, possession of meth with intent to distribute-subsequent offense, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent offense, and felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent offense charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling drugs in Manchester between April 22 and July 13.

Luis Concepcion, 51, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of threatening another person, holding an object to their head, and yelling words to the effect, “I have a gun, give me all of your money,” on Sept. 12 in Manchester.

Christian J. Cummings, 24, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on June 23 in Manchester.

Jake P. Demeritt, 36, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen 1999 Subaru Legacy on May 23 in Manchester.
