Hudson Woman Indicted On Weapon Possession, Drug Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

Nashua man faces reckless conduct charge; Mass. woman indicted on forgery, attempted theft charges; Derry man indicted on theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Erin Marie Casoli, 40, of Adams Avenue in Lynn, Massachusetts, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. She was accused of presenting a check for $4,752.98 falsely issued by Happy House Amusement Inc. at the Merrimack County Savings Bank in Nashua on Dec. 19, 2022.

David Coburn, 51, of Friartuck Avenue in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of sump pumps and wire from D&S Pump Supply in Hudson on April 1, 2022.

John Cook, 57, of Vine Street in Nashua on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of keying another person’s vehicle and causing more than $1,500 worth of damage on July 20 in Nashua.

Jada Cruz, 22, of Water Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of working in concert with Jonelle Anderson to steal more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Victoria’s Secret in Nashua on April 4.

Ramon N. DeJesus, 38, a homeless man now located in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on Sept. 13 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on sale of a controlled drug charge in October in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Vera Desouza, 50, of Jamaica Lane in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused, on March 19, of breaking a pill bottle and hiding about 20 to 30 pills in her clothing during the booking process in Hudson.

Amelia Roy, 34, of Lawrence Road in Hudson on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and cocaine, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs as well as a dagger, two knives, and metallic knuckles on June 27 in Hudson. Roy is a felony due to an acts prohibited conviction from June 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jonathan Sanchez Torres, 33, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a pickup truck in a parking lot where there were people nearby and saying, “I’ll run you guys over,” on June 20 in Nashua.

Matthew Sayahi, 32, of Central Street in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 21 in Hudson.

Audrey Segale, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 4 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on a control of premises charge in March in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
