Recent Drug, Theft, Assault Indictments Handed Down
Plus, two face felony organized criminal enterprise charges; others dealing with criminal mischief allegations.

The following people were indicted recently by the Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Brittany MacIntyre, 21, of Orange Street in Nashua, on felony possession of a narcotic drug after allegedly being caught with crack cocaine on Nov. 14, 2014, in Nashua, after being convicted in February 2013.
Christopher Mainguy, 38, of Hanover Street in Nashua, on felony criminal threatening, domestic violence, for allegedly using an axe to threatening a woman, reportedly stating that he would “bash her head in,” as well as two simple assault charges from Dec. 16, 2014, for grabbing the woman’s wrists and face.

Hayden Moreau, 21, of Beaver Path in Hudson, was indicted on felony burglary and criminal mischief charges as well as two simple assault and criminal mischief charges. On Oct. 11, 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly broke into a home and damaged lights as well as spit on a police officer.
Richard A. Nocella, 19, of Second Street in Goffstown, on felony burglary and two theft charges after alleged incidents at Majestic Motors in Merrimack between Nov. 30, and Dec. 1, 2014, involving aluminum rims.

Miguel Perez, 34, of Curtis Drive in Nashua, on two felony possession of narcotic drug, subsequent, charges, from Nov. 29, 2014, in Nashua, for allegedly having cocaine and fentanyl.
Tobin G. Perry, 20, of Goffstown, on felony theft and burglary from Dec. 16, 2014, after an incident at Majestic Motors in Merrimack.
Luke Pesaturo, 23, of Rock Pond Road in Windham, on felony burglary and theft by deception. It’s alleged that he uttered 13 forged checks from the TD Bank on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, obtaining more than $5,900, and $800 from Santander Bank in Nashua in March 2014.
Doris Berry (aka Doris Dion, Doris Giguere), 46, of Palm Street in Nashua, for two counts of organized retail crime enterprise, receipt of stolen property, and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. She allegedly was involved in thefts at TJMaxx in Nashua, Sam’s Club in Hudson, and Zimmerman’s Sports Shop in Nashua in 2014.
Michael Boucher, 38, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking from Sept. 25, 2014, at Marshall’s in Nashua.
John Brady, 34, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly purchasing more than $1,500 coins with a personal check and then stopping payment on the check.
Rebecca Bulsa, 20, of Palm Street in Nashua, on two counts of organized retail crime enterprise and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, from alleged incidents at TJ Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Zimmerman’s Sport Shop, and Sam’s Club from 2014.
