CONCORD, NH — If anyone beats the 1:302,575,350 odds for Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing, they will have won the 10th largest jackpot in the game’s history.

New Hampshire Lottery officials said the one-time payout before taxes will be around $276.6 million. The last time there was a winner was Sept. 10, when a player in Texas purchased the $810 million ticket.

“One of the largest Mega Millions jackpots in history is there for the taking,” Charlie McIntyre, the New Hampshire Lottery executive director, said. “With the Mega Millions jackpot continuing to rise, Granite Staters flocked to the nearest lottery retailer and purchased their tickets online for their chance at the prize. Good luck to all, and hopefully, we’ll be handing that giant prize check out soon to a lucky New Hampshire player!”
