Accused Drug Dealer, Fugitive Wanted In 2 States: U.S. Marshals

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshal's-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a man who is wanted in two states, including New Hampshire, where he is accused of failing to appear on drug dealing charges.

Rahadiansyah Nugraha is Asian, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 130 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair and tattoos on his left shoulder and right arm. Originally from Indonesia, he reportedly has two birthdates stating he is either 27 or 39, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

Nugraha is wanted out of Rockingham County for failure to appear in superior court and also by the Yakima Washington Police Department. Warrants were issued for his arrest on Nov. 30, 2015, and Sept. 18.

"Nugraha is wanted for failing to appear on multiple narcotics sales charges in both NH and WA," White said. "Nugraha has documented criminal history in both (states) consisting of narcotics sales, traffic offenses and reckless conduct. Nugraha was last known to live in Portsmouth, NH, where he has ties to friends and associates."

Nugraha was accused of dealing drugs in Portsmouth in January 2019. He was indicted in February and was accused of failing to appear at a show cause hearing in September in Rockingham County Superior Court, according to court records. He was also involved in a civil forfeiture case in superior court from March 2019 involving $3,017. Nugraha was served in that case a month later but a letter in June came back to the state as returned mail. In July 2019, a default judgment was issued in the case, according to the court.

According to posts online, Nugraha was arrested in Portsmouth on a drunken driving charge in 2015 and later, lost his license. He was living in Dover at the time. It is unknown, at post time, the specifics from the Yakima, WA, case.
