Accused Fentanyl Dealer Wanted By U.S. District Court: Marshals
Francis Joseph Harrington is wanted on a fentanyl distribution charge that originated in Manchester but was elevated to a federal charge.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for an accused fentanyl dealer from the Queen City who has been wanted on a warrant for a few weeks. Francis Joseph Harrington, 37, is 6-feet, 5-inches tall, and weighs around 225 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Harrington, who is originally from Massachusetts, has a number of tattoos including a skull on his left chest, a reaper with flames on one arm and a warrior with a sword on the other.
Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White said the possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance-fentanyl charge against Harrington originated with Manchester police but was elevated later to the U.S. Attorney's Office for federal prosecution.
"Harrington was last known to reside in Manchester," White said.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on Dec. 2.
Harrington was arrested by police after being found sleeping in a car near the Red Arrow Diner on Lowell Street in Manchester in August. Police reported him being "agitated" and involved in activity inside of the vehicle before exiting. Police accused him of being in possession of 205 grams of heroin inside of a bag in his waistband, according to a report on Manchester Ink Link.
