Accused New Hampshire Meth Dealer Arrested In Dover

CONCORD, NH — This week's District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force was quickly picked up Wednesday after a task force member spotted him near a Dover coffeeshop.
Timothy Michael Leccese, 30, was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Superior Court for bail violations stemming from an underlying narcotics charge.
U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force case agent, Task Force Officer/Special Deputy Marshal Colin Wheeler spotted Leccese in a vehicle at a Dover coffee establishment, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

"Wheeler immediately requested some assistance from the Strafford County Sheriff’s Department to make the arrest," White said. "The vehicle was followed out onto the Spaulding Turnpike where the deputies stopped the vehicle and arrested Leccese without incident."
Leccese was transported to the Strafford County Jail for processing and holding pending his initial court appearance Wednesday.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking to locate a suspected methamphetamine dealer who is wanted on bail violations.
Timothy Leccese, 30, is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs around 165 lbs. He has brown hair and green eyes. Leccese, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy U.S. Marshal, has tattoos on his abdomen, back, right front arm, and upper right arm.
The warrant for his arrest was issued out of Strafford County on Feb. 25.
"Leccese is wanted on bail violations stemming from an original narcotics offense," White said. "Leccese was last known to live in the Dover area and has some ties to southern Maine as well, but his current whereabouts are unknown."
Leccese, according to the Fosters Daily Democrat, was arrested as part of a Granite Shield operation in January that led to charges against 18 people. He was living in Dover at the time and was charged with possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute, a felony.
Back in January 2019, Leccese was arrested in Berwick, Maine, on a motor vehicle violation. During the stop, his vehicle was searched, a condition of his bail on prior charges, and police accused him of being in possession of 9 grams of meth and brass knuckles. He was arrested on numerous charges. Leccese was living in Nottingham at the time. He was arrested again in September 2019 in Berwick on numerous violations of conditions of release, according to Fosters.
