After 4 Months, Convicted Drug Distributor, NH Fugitive Caught
Charles Wilson Fowle was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service on Douglas Street in Manchester Monday on a supervised release violation.

CONCORD, NH — A New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, featured in June, has been found and arrested, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Charles Wilson Fowle, 40, was arrested Monday in Manchester, by the fugitive task force on an outstanding federal warrant for supervised release violations. A warrant for his arrest was issued in May.
Fowle was convicted in U.S. District Court of distributing oxycodone and marijuana in 2014.
Months ago, marshals "followed up on several tips and developed numerous leads through interviews with family, friends and associates," according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. These tips eventually led task force members to check an apartment of a known associate of Fowle's on Douglas Street in Manchester.

"At this residence, Fowle was located sleeping in a back bedroom where he was arrested without incident," White said. "Fowle was transported to the U.S. District Court in Concord for processing, and was (held) pending his initial court appearance later today."
Task force members included members of the Belknap, Hillsborough, Strafford, and Rockingham county sheriff’s offices, the Greenfield Police Departments, and deputy U.S. Marshals.
