Fugitive Task Force Searching For Convicted Drug Distributor

Marshals: Charles Wilson Fowle is wanted on a supervised release violation after a 2014 conviction for distributing Oxycodone and marijuana.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a convicted drug distributor who is accused of a violation while on supervised release. Charles Wilson Fowle, 40, is this week's Fugitive of the Week. He is about 6-feet tall, weighs 205 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair.

According to the U.S. Marshals service, Fowle has a tattoo of a cross on his left arm, another tattoo on his left arm, and a 1-inch scar on his left arm. The warrant for his arrest was issued on May 15, 2019, by the U.S. District Court.

"Fowle is on supervised release as a result of a sentence in a 2014 case involving the distribution of oxycodone and marijuana," according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. "Fowle is known to have ties to Deering and the Manchester, NH, areas."

The task force reminds residents that if they see someone who looks like Fowle or they know where he is located, they should not try to apprehend him themselves. Back in June 2014, Fowle, who was living in Hooksett at the time, was one of 10 individuals arrested during a multi-agency drug bust, primarily based in Manchester. In June 2013, he was arrested in Bedford on a drunk driving charge, according to a report on Patch.
