Alleged Concord Drug Dealer Arrested
Police arrest Aaron Kashian on heroin, fentanyl charges.

A local man is facing numerous felony charges after alleged drug sales in January and February.
Aaron M. Kashian, 26, of Cherry Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 11, 2015, and charged with four counts of sale of controlled drugs and two counts of possession of controlled drugs, all felonies.
According to a police report and court documents, the drug enforcement unit, working on illegal heroin sales investigations, reportedly came into contact with Kashian and allegedly made several controlled and undercover purchases of heroin from him. The incidents were allegedly conducted in parking lots on Cherry, Greenwich, and North State streets in Concord on Jan. 16, Jan. 20, Jan. 22, and Feb. 4, 2015.

After the alleged incidents, he was arrested at the New Hampshire probation/parole office on North State Street. After arresting him, the reporting officer received a telephone call from a parole officer stating that another person who was with Kashian at the time of his arrest had turned over his coat that was left in a vehicle that was reportedly Kashian’s. Another officer picked it up and brought it back.
Kashian, during processing, was asked about the coat and reportedly confirmed it was his. Inside a coat pocket, police allegedly found a plastic bag containing a light brown colored powder.

“The powder appeared to be and was packaged like heroin,” the officer alleged. “A field test was performed and it yielded a presumptive negative result for heroin.”
The officer alleged that it might be fentanyl and sent it to the lab for confirmation.
Police and the NH AG’s Drug Task Force executed a search warrant of Kashian’s home and allegedly found a digital scale, needles, “other drug paraphernalia,” and another bag of light brown colored chunks and powder. This substance, too, appeared to look like heroin but yielded a negative result.
Lab results, according to the report, later came back and tested positive for fentanyl, and those charges were added.
Kashian was arrested earlier this year on a warrant while taking an early morning stroll on in the area of Airport Road, according to a post on Patch. He had just gotten out of jail at the time of the arrest.
In November 2006, while living in Barnstead, he lost his license for DWI, according to the Concord Monitor. Two years later, he got caught up in a “drug rip,” and was stabbed after reportedly selling drugs to others, according to the Concord Monitor in 2008.
