Alleged Loudon, Concord Drug Dealers Indicted: County Roundup

Plus, Epsom habitual offender indicted, Pembroke woman indicted for forgery, and man indicted in knife threat attack against local woman.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Dennis Fleming, 23, lower left, of Sewalls Falls Road in Concord, for felony sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on Oct. 20, 2017, in White Park in Concord

Michael Foss, 62, of B Street in Epsom, for habitual offender and bail jumping, both felonies. On April 26, 2004, he allegedly drove on Merrimack Street in Hooksett and failed to appear in Hooksett District Court on a felony habitual offender charge.

James Gagne, 24, upper left, of Clough Hill Road in Loudon, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, all felonies. The possession and dealing charge allegedly occurred on King Street in Boscawen and in Concord on Oct. 23, 2017. The controlled drug act charge allegedly occurred in Concord on Dec. 19, 2017.

Beth-Anne Gregory, 35, of Buck Street in Pembroke, on a felony forgery charge for allegedly uttering a check on the account of the Charmingfare Farm at TD Bank in Hooksett on Dec. 20, 2016.

Sarah Gribbohm, 27, of Emerson Drive in Barnstead, for felony possession of controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Dec. 28, 2017, in Pittsfield.

Matthew Ham, 40, of West Street in Manchester, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Suboxone allegedly on Nov. 30, 2017, in Bow.

Duane Hardy, 39, of North Spring Street in Concord, for felony domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. On Nov. 25, 2017, he allegedly placed a woman in danger by “holding her down with his forearm against her chest while brandishing a knife.”
