Concord Police Log: Men Arrested for Domestic Assault
Plus, speeding teen that grabbed officer cries after arrest; elderly woman cited after crash.

Jennifer Dunlap, 43, of Crescent Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Oct. 17, on a hindering apprehension or prosecution from Aug. 1, on 6 Summer Street in Concord.
Richard E. Crowther, 34, of a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 17, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. While patrolling on North State Street near the prison, an officer saw a man walking on the side of the road, “swaying from side to side” so much that the cruiser had to swerve to not hit the man. The officer stopped and spoke to the man, Crowther, who was allegedly intoxicated. He was taken into protective custody and after being put into the cruiser, the officer allegedly found him to be in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and held without bail.
Dennis Floyd Fleming, 20, of Sewalls Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:48 a.m. on Oct. 17, on a simple assault charge. An officer was sent to Sewalls Falls Road for a domestic. The officer was met by Fleming and a woman. Fleming allegedly stated that nothing happened while the woman stated that she needed a restraining order and needed to leave with the kids. Fleming denied anything happened but the officer questioned him about scratches that the officer saw on the woman. The woman alleged that the two were fighting about his mental health and screaming, and she decided she couldn’t take it anymore and was going to leave. Fleming allegedly pulled her hair and ripped out chunks, she said, but he continued to deny that anything happened. Fleming reportedly continued to interrupt the interview and was warned to stop while another officer arrived. The woman stated that after pulling her hair, she bit Fleming, and then he allegedly punched her. Another witness allegedly that while not seeing the interaction, she did see Fleming standing over the woman. Fleming was then arrested.

Jermaine Perry Jones, 24, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. on Oct. 17, on a simple assault charge and a bench warrant. Police were called to a domestic at an apartment at Concord Gardens involving a man choking a woman. The man, Jones, was sitting outside, sweating, while the woman was pacing around, crying and upset. Jones reportedly told the officer that the two had been arguing. The woman stated that same thing but the officer noticed a mark on her hand and neck. The woman stated that Jones was attempting to leave and they were arguing about property. She attempted to prevent him to leave because he was supposed to watch her child while she was working and that’s how she received the scrapes. “She said that Jones was just holding her on the floor to get her under control,” according to the officer. Despite the marks on her neck, she denied that Jones choked her. A witness stated that he saw Jones and the woman wrestling on the floor and another witness stated that Jones was allegedly choking the woman while she was yelling “stop choking me!” Jones had an active warrant out of Concord District Court from Oct. 16, $545 cash to settle, and was arrested.
David Partridge, 18, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 5:19 p.m. on Oct. 17, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. Officers were called to The Friendly Kitchen for a fight and while speaking with some of the people involved, Partridge allegedly started vomiting, “was rude and had several mood swings.” His brother alleged that he had been drinking whiskey and Natty Daddy beers and he was arrested.

Mark J. Rusch-Rosario, 33, of Edward Court in Ronkonkoma, NY, was arrested at 1:47 a.m. on Oct. 18, on possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs. A Pembroke officer pulled over a vehicle on Manchester Street near the town line for traffic violations and asked for backup. The driver was allegedly in possession of a glass pipe with burnt residue and was arrested. Due to his reported uncooperativeness, Rusch-Rosario was transported to the Concord Police Department for booking.
Thomas A. Baker, 47, of Bluffs Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. on Oct. 18, on a criminal mischief charge. He allegedly broke down a bedroom door after an argument with his ex-girlfriend.
Sean James Morgan, 30, of Lowell Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on Oct. 18, on a violation of a protective order from Oct. 15, on Canton Circle.
Patricia Moran, 46, of Batchelder Road in Pembroke, received a summons at 1:16 a.m. on Oct. 19, on an operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on South Main Street. Moran’s license expired on Oct. 13.
Casey Bryan Moore, 32, of Wildflower Drive in Concord, received a summons at 10:06 a.m. on Oct. 19, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop on Abbott Road (38 mph in a 25 zone). Moore’s license was suspended on Sept. 7.
Brent D. Prescott, 56, of Concord Stage Road in Weare, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Oct. 19, on a warrant. He was arrested on Mountain Road. Prescott was wanted by the Weare Police Department for four counts of simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He’s due in court on Dec. 11.
Michael Reginald Villeneuve, 19, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on Oct. 19, on a simple assault charge. Officers stopped a Mitsubishi Eclipse on North State Street for going 45 mph in a 30 zone. The driver, Villeneuve, “immediately became verbally aggressive,” calling the officers names, and allegedly refusing to give the officers his license and registration. After the third request, he gave an officer his license but reportedly didn’t have a registration. The officer noticed an expired inspection sticker and decided to cite Villeneuve. “When doing so, Michael interrupted me,” the officer alleged, “and reached out towards me, grabbing my right arm.” He was then arrested and reportedly began crying stating that he was sorry and didn’t mean to grab the officer.
Joel McGuire, 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:44 a.m. on Oct. 20, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge from Oct. 9, at Concord Hospital. He was charged while at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
Terry A. Moser, 70, of Charles Street in Concord, received a summons at 12:15 p.m. on Oct. 20, for reckless operation after a traffic accident on Washington and North State streets.
Michelle Lynn Milbury, 26, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 20, on a warrant out of Concord District Court on Sept. 30, for operating after a suspension, $180 cash to settle. She was arrested at her home.
Bryan A. Case, 27, of Dawn Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 20, on a theft charge at Walmart on Loudon Road. Officers were called to the store for alleged shoplifters who tried to steal a sofa slipcover and sheets. The woman reportedly acted as lookout while Case allegedly took the items without paying and left the store. He was arrested and is due in court on Dec. 8.
