According to a report, a warrant was taken out against Flynn yesterday after an investigation into the June 13, 2015, shooting at the Fisherville Road McDonald’s Restaurant drive-thru window. At around 11:45 a.m., Concord Police and Concord Fire and Rescue teams were called to the restaurant after a woman was shot through both legs. She was treated and later, transported to Concord Hospital.
“Police detectives conducted an investigation and learned that at the time of the shooting, Flynn was handling a firearm inside the car,” according to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations unit for the Concord Police Department. “The handgun in question is described as a 9mm handgun. While handling the firearm, Flynn discharged it, striking the female victim.”

Detectives confirmed later that the shooting was not intentional. The incident, however, according to O’Malley, did establish probable cause that Flynn’s actions were allegedly reckless and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Flynn turned himself at around 5 p.m. on June 16, and is due in court on July 20, 2015.
