Previously, according to White, state troopers and other agencies have attempted to stop Ryan “multiple times” but each time, he was able to reportedly flee and escape capture.
This arrest was made, White noted, by the extensive efforts of several members of the Marshals Fugitive Task Force including; Belknap, Hillsborough, Rockingham and Strafford County Sheriff’s Offices, the Concord, Franklin, Greenfield, Littleton, Loudon, and Tilton Police Departments, the Federal Protective Service, NH Probation and Parole, along with deputy U.S. Marshals.
“The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force works seamlessly with every law enforcement agency in the state of New Hampshire, where our common goal is to work together to make our cities and towns safer for everyone,” said U.S. Marshal David Cargill in a statement. “I am very happy that Mr. Ryan was arrested safely and without any incident.”
According to a report on Patch, Ryan was arrested in October 2015, on five counts of meth and heroin sales.
