Alleged NH Meth Manufacturer Is At-Large: Marshals

Have you seen Richard Williams Jr.? He allegedly failed to appear in court and is also wanted on a vehicle theft charge out of Londonderry.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is an alleged attempted methamphetamine manufacturer who reportedly skipped out of a court date. Richard E. Williams Jr., who is 38, is also wanted on a vehicle theft charge and possession, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 160 lbs.

Williams has brown hair and brown eyes, he has a Casper tattoo on his arm, and has also reportedly used the aliases “Dicky Williams” and “John Williams.” Warrants for his arrest were issued in June 5, and June 16, 2017, according to Deputy Jeffrey White of the U.S. Marshals Service.

“Williams is wanted on a Rockingham County warrant for failing to appear on charges relating to the possession and manufacturing of methamphetamine,” White stated. “Additionally, Williams has an active Londonderry Police Department warrant for vehicle theft. Williams is known to have ties to both Hooksett and Manchester.”
