Alleged Sexual Assaulter Arrested
Concord Police pick up Theodore Littlefield after investigation into incident against a male juvenile.

A local man was arraigned this morning and held without bail on numerous sexual assault allegations, according to an alert from the Concord Police Department.
Theodore Littlefield, 64, of Concord, was arrested on May 14, 2015, and charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault – pattern, and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies.
According to police, the arrest occurred “in response to an allegation of sexual assault committed against a male juvenile.” After investigating the allegations, detectives developed probable cause and obtained a warrant against Littlefield. He was arrested in Concord yesterday and arraigned this morning. Littlefield is being held on $60,000 cash bail.

Littlefield, who has previously lived on Bog Road and Loudon Road, has been arrested a couple of times in the last two years, according to Concord Police. In one of those incidents, police allegedly heard “what sounded like a child being abused” at the Salisbury Green Apartment complex on Loudon Road. At the time, Littlefield reportedly told police that he spanked his grandson for being fresh and not going to bed, according to an arrest report. Littlefield was wanted on a simple assault warrant and was arrested. He’s also previously had driving issues, including a revoked license in 2013.
