Abdllah Al Sabagh, 31, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2015, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. An officer was sent to an apartment on Branch Turnpike where a man reported his wife and daughter had left the home without any winter clothes on after an argument. The man, Al Sabagh, reportedly stated that the couple had an argument and he was worried about his wife and their 9-month-old daughter. The officer checked the area but didn’t locate the woman. Just before clearing the call, dispatch told the officer that the woman had returned. The officer went to check on the woman along with other officers and asked to speak with her privately about the situation. The woman stated, “Yes, but before I go out there, I want to say this in front of him. I want to press charges because he hit me and dragged me by my hair and I have had enough.” The woman stated that Al Sabagh had reportedly been depressed and she talked to his mother about their relationship and he reportedly got angry and slapped her in the face. The officer noted a bruise on her face. She ran into the bathroom and locked the door but he alleged followed her and broke the door open, breaking the doorframe. Al Sabagh allegedly pulled her hair and began yelling at her. She took her daughter and left the apartment. Al Sabagh allegedly admitted to breaking the door but denied slapping his wife. The officer noted that he “could not explain why (she) had a bruise on the right side of her face.” He was arrested and is due in court on March 2.
Kurt P. Trudelle, 26, of Main Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on Jan. 19, on a criminal trespass charge. The officer spoke to a bartender and restaurant manager, both who alleged that Trudelle wouldn’t leave. The bartender refused to serve Trudelle around 7:30 p.m. because he was allegedly intoxicated. Trudelle “left the bar willingly at that time,” according to the report. At around 9:15 p.m., while outside, she and another employee tried to call him a cab but he reportedly came back inside and requested to order food. He was given a menu and water. The manager later found him kicking on an office door because the bartender was refusing to serve him. The officer went to speak to Trudelle who allegedly “appeared heavily intoxicated and was very slow and lethargic in his movements.” At first, he reportedly ignored the officer while making a phone call and later, became angry with the officer while making the phone call. Trudelle was warned that if he didn’t leave he would be arrested and officers later took him into custody. He’s due in court on March 2.

The officer made “direct eye contact” with the driver who “stared at me with a shocking look on his face and quickly darted his head forward.” The officer ran the plate and found that the owner, Glass, had a suspended license from Sept. 10, 2014, after being convicted of operating after suspension in February 2013. Glass had “prior police contact” so he checked a booking photo and found that it was Glass who was reportedly driving.
